This is such a good bank. It’s a small location but the people in there are so nice and friendly and the most helpful. The branch manager Desiree is above and beyond and will figure out how to solve your problems with a genuine smile on her face.

The people here don’t actually do anything. They simply refer you to the virtual teller at the ATM to handle your transactions. I don’t even know why there’s people getting paid to be at this location considering they start out at about 21 bucks an hour and these two employees were completely useless. I’ve been trying to avoid transitioning to a new bank since the merger but this is the final straw. I cannot tolerate the terrible customer service and diminishing features any longer.

Horrible online banking customer service… This transition from BBVA to PNC has been a NIGHTMARE for your customers! Very poor business acumen used when making this merger. Customer’s, literally paying customers like myself , suffer from it… Extremely annoying and inconvenient

I'm really glad PNC is finally making it's way out here. Of all the larger banks, they seem to have the best overall banking products and customer service. Rosy was awesome when opening my account, and made the entire process super easy.

I’m currently sitting in this PNC Bank location and theirs 1 and I repeat 1 employee working and 5 different people have entered needing everything from a new account, card reissue, cashiers checks but everyone has grown frustrated and walked out! There’s another employee that walked in 20 minutes ago but is in an office acting as if they can’t come assist this lone employee to create a better customer experience! If I didn’t have multiple accounts and no time to move them all I’d walk out and NEVER utilize this bank again in my life!!! This is PATHETIC!!!
