drove 20 minutes to the “24 hour atm” yesterday and the door to access the atm was locked. this is extremely frustrating, make it make sense.

I am sitting here inside the bank.. no help.. why can't I get a debit card at my local branch in Santa Fe?? This place has no parking .. I had to pRk in a cripple space..
