I would give no stars and a review if I could. I found and rescued a trio of 3 week old kittens when the city collector notified me thinking they were from my current male cat. He's indoor, neutered, and very territorial. I had no means, no tools, amd no space to care for 3 small motherless kittens and was shocked to hear from the front desk that they wouldn't take them and assumed they were mine or even that I didn't want them. I told them my situation, and they said to call animal control. They wouldn't take them or even offer to provide me with resources to help them.

The staff were nice to us but we adopted two cats here and both of them are nervous wrecks which makes me question how they treat their animals here.

I love this place! The animals are treated so well and obviously loved. The cat Cafe is super nice to just sit and chill in, all the cats are so friendly. I'm about to adopt an adult cat and I'm so excited. I don't know how they're able to have the adoption prices so low considering all the vet care they do for these little guys. Even if your not adopting the animals seem to love people coming in just to see them.

From the moment I walked through the door, the staff has been excellent to work with. My kitten is wild, but she's awesome and this place has been awesome. Also, the fact that I am forgetful, and I have had to ask them to remind me of stuff numerous times...they have never been rude about it.

They helped with dog food from their pet food pantry for my baby at his end stages. They were great when it came time to donate some of his stuff to share with other pet babies.

Very nice people and an outstanding organization. Please support this great cause. We have adopted 2 kittens and a puppy from them, and we are so happy and thankful for our new family members.

We found a lost dog and contacted many rescues and shelters hoping they could take her in. Only 2 of the organizations we contacted responded to us - lifeline was one of them. They let me bring in the dog for a physical exam and ended up finding the dog’s owner an hour or so later. It was amazing. They were so nice and helpful. They seem like they really care about animals

They were so helpful when I went told me about all of the cats they had. I had an easy adoption they sent me home with a wonderful cat and a bag of food and toys! Would 100% recommend adopting from them
