DO NOT send any family members here, I had a very poor experience!!!! The nurse were always late giving my medication at 11:55 at night. No communication between each other, my CALL BELL kept going off to the the point staff stop checking on me. I had drag myself out my bed to my wheelchair. To rinse myself out of my fecal matter and hand wash my own clothes. Charge nurse responded with your bell always goes off. I told her you ever stop to think if your BELL CALL was failing , I may need your help at some point? I had ask them to move me prior to Easter , they didn’t move till they were back from the holiday . Always on their phones, I had a stoke and only two people there were awesome Rose and Elise.HIPPA is not enforced, staff speaking other patients.Christina R.N. B.S.N.

This place is amazing especially because of therapy. My therapist Dios was the best, she made my stay a 5 star. She was very kind and compassionate and made sure I got strongereveryday. Mod my physical therapist was also amazing want to thank them both for everything they did for me.

I hope I have the right location. I did the outpatient therapy with Grant. He helped me so much and got me back to where I needed to be. Forever grateful for him!

I was curious if you have any contract workers from South Africa? My miother-in-law was there last month...and her cell phone had over $200 in phone calls to South Africa. I have the dates and times of the calls. Any help would be appreciated.

Bad place to go they do not care about patients,, bad to place to work as well, I worked for Windsor, A-med, Mescon, and Delta Wheelchair services 5yrs in total, all these businesses is low down and they work with the Pam facilities and other facilities to keep things covered up,, what they do is they hired a third party driving person like me to be the fall guy/bad guy what I mean is , I was never trained to lift patients out there bed, I was only train to deliver patients to and from destination, but when I walk in the facilities every would judge me of course I'm a black guy,, and they all would walk away leave by myself to figure things out alone with the patient kinda like a set up cause it was never my job to lift the patient out the bed I was never train how to, but they would make me do it anyways to be the fall guy I was nevere train! I'm not a nurse or a doctor!! mind you I'm at facility's full of nurses and doctors and none would help, I was just suppose to be transporting,, but any ways I had a women patient, she needed a ambulance with two driver's she couldn't stand nor could she walk but Pam facilities ordered her a wheelchair van, patient house was two stories off the ground they didn't care about the patient hell they didn't care about me they just wanted the patient gone,, once I did arrive to the destination we had to call the fire department because I couldn't get her up two stories alone her sister ended up coming so it was me and another women trying to get patient to second floor no one cared none these facilities really care, they don't care about y'all parents or grand parents trust me i been doing this for 5yrs the ppl you see when you walk into the facilities are all fall guys for the big white men and women sitting behind close doors collecting all insuranceTo make it simple it's all a game they get your grandparents or parents suck the insurance dry find third party kickem out

Excellent! The people all are very friendly and work hard toward your recovery. I highly reccomend PAM rehab hospital if you are in need of rehabilitation help. The work you hard and get you going again.

A family friend referred my mother to PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Clear Lake North for her post care needs after surgery. The entire staff here is amazing. My mother was assigned a physical, occupational, and speech therapist tailored to her needs for rehab. They did an excellent job working with her. I would definitely recommend PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Clear Lake North to anyone needing post care rehabilitation.

My experience was very blessed and wonderful. This was my first time at any rehabilitation center. The staff are the nicest, kindness and most blessed people you could ever have to help you heel. The food has been amazing, its like home cooking. I can't say enough about this place. If anyone ever needs rehabilitation this is your place.

Everyone has been extremely helpful, friendly and very special. The ones that were extremely helpful to me: Sydney, Shelby Jana,Johnson, Shawna, Cecilia.Food was well prepared and plenty enough. Will highly recommend this facility to anyone needing rehab.House keeping were very friendly also.

Elisa has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She has not only listened to the things I would like to achieve but has been able to make most of it happen quickly. Even though it's still a work in progress I have no doubt she'll be able to get me back to normal.

Great staff and great care! I had shoulder surgery and spinal stenosis. I couldn’t even walk and they worked hard to get me walking again. Food was better than any hospital I’ve ever been in.

The best place to be for rehabilitation. Very clean and tidy. Always changing your sheets and cleaning your room. The best part about the hospital are the therapists. They way they motivate and encourage their patients to do better. My two favorite therapists were Ms. Raven and Ms. Brittany. They way they take the time to learn about your condition and incorporate that knowledge to help you recover is something special. Very grateful to have been able to experience the professionalism of this hospital. I recommend anyone needing physical therapy to come here.

A friend recently had heart surgery and spent her rehab time in this facility. The staff, particularly the therapists were excellent. Her case manager, Charmaine, and her morning nurse, Kaylyn, were great. They helped smooth an early morning discharge so that my friend could go for another early morning medical treatment. Wonderful experience here. They are doing an outstanding job taking care of my husband. Nurse Cortney Thomas is outstanding! Johnson and Sydney are doing a great job with therapy. I highly recommend this facility.
