I love Paleo Pet Goods! They have a great variety of food, treats, and even toys for cats and dogs. They also have excellent customer service, including being very communicative. The staff and the owner are always very friendly too! I haven’t done the pet-sitting, but I’m sure it’s great! Highly recommend for your pet needs!

After several years of having to give my dog steroid shots to ease her allergies, I finally decided to try a more natural and hollistic approach. We had very little knowledge about raw food diets but when we found Paleo and spoke with the owner, she made it very easy. She knew exactly what to suggest, and after doing a food trial, my dogs allergies almost completely went away! I say almost because we have other pets and my dog likes to sneak in eating a few kibbles or bites of things she is allergic to, if she has the opportunity. Were also still testing different proteins, which takes time.Paleo has been great throughout the entire process--even when the food we were using went on backorder through no fault of their own, they gave us an alternative option that worked great :) The staff are also very friendly, the store is always clean, and we are always helped right away.For the reviews mentioning being closed when they shouldve been open.. I think it is important to always take things into context. Small businesses have limited staff, and still have lives outside of the business. They still deal with family emergencies, car problems, days when they are not feeling well.. To take the time to leave a negative review because of an extenuating life circumstance only makes that person leaving the review look bad, not the business.Id also like to mention the flip side of this--how I had left work late one day (due to helping an entitled and difficult patient funnily enough) and really needed to pick up my order because my dog was out of food. I called and asked if there were any way they could wait for me for just a few minutes, and they most certainly did.I do not take giving reviews lightly, but would absolutely recommend Paleo Pet Goods to anyone who is interested in feeding their dog high quality foods and wants to support an awesome small business :) Thank you Christine and team! I don't remember if I left a review... But I LOVE this place these people are so wonderful. Compassion is something they have in stock 365 and that's something we all need. I recently used Paleo Pet Sitting for a daily dog walk for my pup, who is full of energy. The service was outstanding. I received text messages giving me a heads of their ETA within the two-hour booking window. I received images of my dog with each daily walk. The dog walkers were friendly, professional, and efficient. My dog loved seeing them each day and I loved seeing the photos! Their client portal is easy to use, and Paleo Pet Sitting is available by telephone as well. Everything exceeded my expectations. I'd highly recommend this service.

Scheduled Paleo Pet Sitting service for our cats for two weeks. Online scheduling was easy as well as entering profiles for each pet and instructions for the staff while we were away. Any question I may have had was met with a quick, friendly response from Christine. The team of sitters we had for our time away was awesome! We requested a specific timeframe for the daily visit and they arrived on time every day. Each day we would receive pictures of our cats receiving the care we requested. That really helped ease the pain and guilt of leaving them behind. I know that the cats enjoyed the daily visits and all the attention they received during that time.In the past we have had the benefit of someone familiar to us care for our cats while we were out of town so we were a bit anxious about making a change. After our first meet and greet with the lead sitter that anxiety was lessened. As the days of service continued we realized the decision to schedule with Paleo Pet Sitting was a great choice. We were very happy with the experience and will book with them again!

Are you looking for pet sitting services? These are your people. I cannot say enough great things about this company! I travel extensively and, for years now, they have been pet sitting my two cats [ now one ], twice a day every day I'm gone.Not only do they send me pictures of them every time they come, but they go WAY above and beyond in making sure things in my home are taken care of while I'm gone.They have cleaned up the litter box [ or an occasional mistake on the floor ] , packed up a bag for me when I was unexpectedly in the hospital, and respond immediately by text whenever I've needed something.My pets are always happy when I return - well fed and cared for perfectly.If I could give Paleo Pet Goods two more stars for great customer service, I would.Thank you, Christine and Jen!

We went to Galveston for a few days and had to leave our basset. Paleo pet sitters came to our house 3 times a day to sit with and take care of our Harvey. This was the first time that we ever left our dog with someone other than family. I have to tell you that they were the best. They were always on time and treated our Harvey like he was their own dog. They were very loving and followed all of our instructions. They sent us many pictures.I know that Harvey was not stressed at all with us leaving. I’m sure he loved them❤️. I definitely recommend Paleo Pet Sitters and will use them again.

Highly recommend! They took care of our shy and finicky cat while we were out of town for a week. Sitter went above and beyond by even bringing in our packages. We received text updates and pictures each time they came which gave us so much peace of mind. Thank you! We will definitely be using your services again.

Awesome store and employees are always very nice and knowledgeable about their products. My dogs are so much healthier and energetic on the raw food diet. Now I only take them to the vet for routine checkups. No more monthly sick visits for allergies, ear infections, hair loss, skin lesions, special medicated shampoos etc. Raw food diet is well worth the extra cost in my opinion. It's actually saving me money since I'm not constantly taking my dogs to the vet. Bonus: you can order online and they do weekly deliveries. It's great!
