I paid $45 for them to steam my dress but instead they ruined it with a black smear running all the way across the inside of the hem and the outside. It was three days before my wedding and I was worried they would make it worse if I tried having them clean the ruined wedding dress. There was no time to get it fixed. I walked down the aisle in a ruined wedding dress, and I’m so upset it’s still like that. That should NOT have happened.

20+ years using this location. Although not flawless throughout the years by any means, still consistently the best performing cleaners in the area. I’ve learned over the years to highlight certain things if they are out of the normal expectations( e.g., stains, etc.).High value clothing is always a risk no matter where you go. On that note, “high value” is still often manufactured in developing countries and just because one may have spent notable money does not always equate to a well made garment. Seam separation is a common occurrence in poor quality manufacturing regardless of brand name or price paid. Lesser cost cloth materials is also a factor in garments regardless if one was shafted on the price of the garment.I do have a few tailor made, high quality fabric garments in my wardrobe. Never had an issue when I bring those in. With the appropriate discussion of course.

The staff were rude. Another customer and I were told they closed at 3pm and it was 3:30pm. The door was open and the open sign was on. My clothes smelled like they were cleaned at a sweatshop. I had to take my clothes to another cleaners which was professionally cleaned and smelled like they were cleaned at a professional cleaners. I will NEVER go back to this place again. The people and the service and performance here are wonderful. They actually perform the dry-cleaning "on-site" as opposed to many other places that send the clothes off to some centralized processing unit and then have to get the clothes back.Service: Special care fabric cleaning

I’ve been looking for a place closer to my work because the cleaners by my house would always be close by the time I get home, so I search and found OnSite Cleaners. I thought I’d give them a try. Upon arrival, the staff greeted me in a professional manner. Staff said my shirts should be ready by then next day. Next day came, I didn’t get off of work until late because my manager kept me back that day so I knew I was going to be late 15 minutes. I contacted them and explained my situation. The staff was very kind and said they were willing to wait for me even when it’s passed closing time! I arrived at 7:10, the staff handed me my clothes in the drive thru, will definitely come back again!

Careful, you may get to deal with mouthy staff. We received shirts back with stains on them all in the same spot and I was told they would do an “investigation”! I asked if they would really admit that other people whose clothing was in the same bag, as the lady explained to me, also had the same stains all over their clothing? Seems unlikely but she had to get her words in and was super unprofessional. I’ve been coming here for years and have seen our clothing coming back in deteriorating condition lately. This was my last time.Also, customer service is crucial. When you get nasty with your customers, you lose them. It’s that simple
