Worst customer service ever! It starts with concierge. You walk in, let them know what you need and they decide whether you should be helped or not. After you tell them, what you want, they point at the little QR code to schedule an appointment with a blunt attitude. Lobby was not busy - 1 man was waiting. The pandemic is over and you’re in the customer service industry folks. You’re open M-F 9-5p and should be able to service customers during the week. I can absolutely understand if you need to set up an appointment on Saturday because everyone is off and will bombard you left and right. NFCU is in hot water with the media for cherry picking customers. Make a positive change!

Been NFCU member since ‘77. Gotten great service for loans and credit cards. They’re very aggressive with anti fraud measures.

Honestly, I love NFCU as an online bank, but on the branch level, they are the worst. I hate every time I have to do something at a branch. They take forever and always look understaffed, which is ridiculous. Some of the employees are unprofessional. I try to do everything online because this particular branch and the one in Humble are horrible. Unfortunately, these are the closest to me, so I always try to avoid them at all costs. I hope management does better than have only one teller, one banker, and a clueless, rude front person who won't do anything other than sign you in. I know NFCU can do better. I've been with them for over 15 years, and this is the one thing I dislike.

So while I do not have an account here I still want to rate my experience. I went there today and stood in line. It was very busy which I have no problem with. After waiting my turn I get up to the lady who signs people in. Immediately I am greeted to her attitude but shurged it off. While trying to do bussiness with her in comes a black woman who cut the line and began to speak over me. She kept on and on about whatever nonsense she had going on. All the employee did was allow this and said in a minute. Wasn't the best experience to start with.

Bad service, I came on Tuesday, they didn't help me because they didn't have staff and today they don't provide help because I don't speak English. They sent me to call the line and get an interpreter and when I had it online, they didn't even give me the service. At the entrance she spoke both languages but she is not a translator, very bad service
