Although The Flooring America installation team finished my porcelain tile kitchen/laundry room job to perfection with respect for my personal surrounding areas (totally protected), after the fact follow up, the scheduling team was illusive and contacted numerous times to come change out a bubbled tile and add some grout where the original had settled. They NEVER came to fix my warrantied work on my expensively installed flooring.

My Flooring America is extremely professional, fair priced, especially Chip Reeder who does exceptional work in the original sales, and assisting in the coordination and flexibility in scheduling and installation process, for my replacement flooring. The company installers were conscientious, courteous and did quality work, as compared to Big Box stores. I would not hesistate to recommend My Flooring America and Chip for any flooring projects in your home or office.

Jim Bryan was the person that helped me instore (Sugar Land) and came to my house to do the measuring. He provided options and helped with explanations on the LVP that we wanted to install. That helped us on what to install, especially on the stairs. The service office was good at notifying me when the crew was going to show up everyday. That was appreciated because it helped me plan for my day. The crew that showed up did a great job with the install, furniture moving and clean up. Overall, I was happy with the job performed and would use them again in the future.

We had flooring done a few months ago, the entire house except for bathrooms, laundry room, and master (which had been done a while back). I will say the final product was good, they came back 2 times to fix things we found.
What I did not like, was they required the balance of payment as soon as the subcontractors arrived, not after the job was complete.
Also, $1300 got added to the job as more float was needed for the floor. I remember not liking this for a smaller job another time when about $300 was added. This was the 3rd time I used this company, I'm not sure I would again. If you are getting quotes be aware that you may not be comparing apples to apples. I think they should aim high to avoid this happening.
Finally, we had some tile demo and it was a big mess. We had covered the kitchen area in plastic. They put up a plastic curtain to block off the living room, but it was not effective. Our fabric couch got covered in demo dust. Seems like it may be the customers job to cover everything. Not sure what the company policy is, or if the crew saw what we had done and decided they didn't need to handle it. Had another company do some work for us and they protected everything in the area and cleaned up fabulously. I like that standard of customer service.
The subcontractors were polite and prompt, and as I send we were happy with the end result.

What a great experience! My salesperson was Carl Harris and from the time I walked in the door, to placing my order he was super friendly and helpful. I learned about all the different carpet options and pad options. Gave me great price on the one I wanted and even gave me a great finance option if I wanted. Once the sales process was over I started working with Danny and Stacy in the installation and scheduling department. They were super informative of the process and helped me pick a time and day that worked for all of us. The day of installation the owner of Professional installation and Construction (Javier Penaloza) came out with a very professional team and did the install. He did a walk through with me and put an install plan together that allowed me to work while they worked. Overall this was a great experience. Great quality carpet, great salesperson, great project management and a great install. 100% happy. You all earned a 5-star review!

My Flooring America is the absolute best place to shop/purchase/install new floors. They installed beautiful cream colored carpet in our house 27 years ago and it still looks almost brand new. They installed hardwood floors in another part of our house about 15 years ago and they're perfect. The sales staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Shopping at My Flooring America is different than any other floor stores we visited. We were greeted right away and professionally helped. The shopping experience was a pleasant surprise and we're looking forward to having our new floors installed.

We had a great experience at the store with help selecting products such as luxury floor tile and porcelain tile for our entryway and kitchen. Their craftsmen do exceptional work. Stacey, the scheduler was also amazing in helping to get our products installed timely! We are beyond pleased with our experience!

The job was completed on time and on budget. My only complaint was the amount of dust created during the process of removing the old floor was more than I expected.

Of the 3 companies I asked for estimates from, they’re the only ones that showed up on time. Their bid was fair and reasonable while the others were high. Scheduling was easy, installation went perfect & we love our new carpet!
