I bought a mattress and base from this location almost 2 years, from an amazing gentleman name Kyle. Had a pleasant experience. It took 8 hours to get everything taken care of, because he had to fix a problem that an online salesperson made. Problem fixed, got exactly want my wife and I wanted. Almost 2 years later, I notice a problem with the mattress. Called up Mr. Kyle and he walked me through the claims process. Got approved, heading to the same store to get my new mattress. Mr. Kyle wasn't there this time. So I had a new salesperson, Mr. Dustin. Awesome gentleman, and great at multi-tasking. Knew what I was coming in for as I walked through the door. Knowing what mattress we had, he pointed out a couple different mattresses that he figured we might like. And we picked one of those, not goin with the same mattress that we originally had. And with it being the first time for him to process a claim, he was very fast!! So thank you to the awesome team at this mattress firm store!! If I need a mattress or bed related items, I will definitely be getting them from here.

Dustin has vast experience and patience. He took a lot of time to explain details and differences and was understanding when we told him we Will come the next day as we needed more time to figure out what we really wanted, true to our word we went there again and spent more time , and finally we did buy from him.

Our representative Anitra, was very helpful from the start. I had inquired over the phone about a mattress and box spring I saw on the website. I needed them the same day! She went to the back and checked to see if they were both in stock, and called me back promptly to let me know they were and they were not on hold for someone else. My husband and I called to let her know we were on our way and asked if they had an item in stock in the store. She said they did not carry the item but directed us to a nearby store. When we arrived at the store with my 7 month old daughter and she greeted us with a smile and had the mattress and box spring ready and waiting for us. She helped us to the car.
She went above and beyond for us and we couldn't have asked for better customer service!
I work in the service industry and I know that good customer service is not easy to find. I appreciate it when I see it.
