Went in to purchase a necklace, my sales associate Lynne was very unprofessional. Walked off from me and started chatting with another client for about 5 minutes and just left me there. She not only did it once but twice. The lady she was chatting with was already being assisted by another sales associate. After that I did not even want to make a purchase so I took my business elsewhere.
