They don’t clean their tools for pedicures! I got a very painful pedicure and ended up with an infection on both of my big toes. I’ve never had this happen from anywhere else!!

I have been coming to this nail salon for many years now. I have not had a bad experience yet. The ladies and the one male technician are always friendly and greet you right when you arrive. I am actually that customer that asks for different shapes, colors, and I always want new and exciting nails and they always deliver. If you ever get an almond shape, you can request for the tips to be more pointy than oval and they accomadate and deliver even if its not the “norm”! Thank you all for being patient with me and my two teenage girls and making us feel welcome and comfortable.
I truly recommend this place to everyone and hope to see you there! I am there every two weeks.

Had the best experience here. We all got pedicures and my sister got her nails done. ?
For them being understaffed today, the service was impeccable. The salon is clean and the staff are very attentive. They are fairly priced and the pedicure service was excellent. My sister’s nails look amazing. I’d recommend giving them a try.
Being that it’s the Lunar New Year we were able to celebrate the luck with them. Definitely an unforgettable experience for the first time trying them out. We signed up for rewards and will be back!

Worst pedicure I ever received. Wendy cut my toenails crooked and I had to ask her several times to cut them shorter. They didn’t offer me anything to drink however offered other guests. The employees were fighting and a very hostile and unprofessional atmosphere. Won’t be back

I left a 5 star review months ago when Mimi was there. I have gone back about 6 times, and no longer recommend this place. One, they don't clean their tools for any type of service. Two, they're WAY over priced, like $80 for SHORT nude nails, with no type of design is ridiculous. Scam is an understatement. When I start questioning the price they wanna hush me right away and offer $10 off next service. Not ok. Only old ladies who don't realize they're getting scammed go here. Sorry not sorry.

I set an appointment for pink/white fills. When I went in, I told the nail technician (several times pink/white fills). While sitting at the table, one lady was in the back room arguing with someone (and cussing). The table behind me had a customer (cussing) with a nail tech (also cussing). At one point, I noticed that the groove for the white powder was not being made. When I asked, my nail tech said something unintelligible and continued on. I asked two more times with the same result. When she was almost done (with no white powder for the french tip), I asked if anyone in the store could translate as it was obvious at this point that she was not going to do the white part of the fills. The cussing nail tech translated and said my nail tech could not do the white fills because the powder was old. Interesting, as they had just put on a completely new set of acrylics three weeks before. When I mentioned this I was told that because I did not come in with pink/white acrylics, my nail tech could not do the pink/white fills I had requested (at least 8 times at this point). Also interesting as I have been getting my nails done for almost 30 years and have had this service more times than I can count. They then had the audacity to charge me the full $40 before I left with no pink/white fills, but only pink powder buffed. This was of course also after two of the ladies were speaking in another language (God can only guess what about) while my nail tech snickered.

Many people consider a pedicure a luxury, but I have started to make it a habit every 4 weeks because my toenails grow funny (down into my skin instead of out), and I experience discomfort/pain. The place is always busy, which can be frustrating as it can be hard to walk in without an appointment... but ultimately, I know that it's a good thing because it means people are coming back because they like and trust this place. So do I.

Love it here!!!! Nice technicians and willing to make sure you are pleased. They do nice nails which had been hard to find in this area. Although I’ve moved from up that way a couple years ago, I only go there. The place is clean and pretty which is an added value to this location! I love it here and it is my nail home after shopping around going from place to place for years. Thank you Colour Nail Lounge for a great experience! You now have a NEW PERMANENT CUSTOMER ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Mimi is the best ever!! Her stilettos are on point, no bull!! She's the best I have ever had and I only request her ❤️❤️
