My phone screen broke late at night and I had a very early flight the next morning. No other place had the parts for my phone in the Houston area or other stores where closed. Luckily KK was open, had the parts, AND they even stayed open late for me to work hard on the repair. They even threw in a free privacy screen protector!I can't overstate the amazing work they did and how helpful they all where to accommodate my situation.The store is filled with an array of interesting items. Everything from cool lago sets, gift ideas to top of the line tech and perfect school laptops/tablets . I assure that this place is worth visiting for phone repairs or just to browse around. You WILL find something that you want.11/10 ?

Hands down best guy to buy.. from ..take to fix you're phones electronics.etc... trust worthy .. nice understandable up beat guy. His staff is so caring fun .highly recommend kk n his staff. ♥️♥️

I went to have my iPhone checked because it was not charging.The owner plugged it into the wall and discovered my IPhone cord was damaged . I purchased a new Apple block and cord and was on my way . He was very, very nice . I am Completely Satisfied and will tell others about his location . No hassle going to the Malls.Thanks again,

KK video is one of those places that makes you want to be a regular. The strong connection it makes with its customers and the high class customer service, makes your first time seem like your 100th time. Large selections of stuff all kinds you can think of they have solution for you, they makes you feel like you are not there first time, I usually go with my family since this store is family oriented, while they have some used stuff like brand new for very very reasonable price also You can get your phone, laptop, computers, camera, or any valuable electronic fix on very hard to believe price compare to other places in surrounding area, I've been a regular here now for a 15 years. I used to come here just to get my tobacco but now I spent atleast couple hours just exploring before I leave the store, store owners are very polite, professional and very humble, I told them their key for success and stay in business till now is “their personalities and their product” which is hard to find both together.

The kk brothers are lowlife. Been busted multiple times for buying stolen merchandise. If you read between the lines of a few posters who profess,you can get any thing at kk. Many illegal things that is. They have been evicted,FINALLY,after 3 years of trafficking. Good riddance Rug heads.
