Kelsey Pharmacy at the Bay Area Campus provides excellent customer service. The team cares and goes far beyond other places to make things happen, ensuring prescriptions are always right. The recently installed drive-through lanes are quick and convenient, using vacuum tubes for pickup. Customers report fast service for immunizations and refills. The pharmacy is described as how pharmacy should work across the board, with staff that solves problems like insurance overrides efficiently. Many state they will continue to go there as long as they are in the Houston area.
This team cares! They will make things happen. I found out one of my meds wouldn't be ready for a trip I was taking, in one day they not only made sure it was there but also made sure my insurance would pay for it on an override for my trip. Excellent customer service as well!
