Was able to find a suit in very short notice that fit very well. Thankful for the gentleman that helped with finding what I needed and getting it marked up for the tailor. The tailor had the cuff taken up to the length needed. Excellent service, would have given it 5 stars but when I wore the suit I found that one of the interior pockets was ripped and my sunglasses fell into the lining of the jacket. Took 15mins at the airport to try and fish them back out of the hole in the interior pocket.

I just walked into the store and the gentleman at the register asked if I needed help, I proceeded to tell him and a lady walked out from the back reluctantly with a frustrated look on her asking the man at the register “What is she looking forrr?” again of what I wanted with full disgust. I told repeated myself to her and with an attitude she asked me “What color?!” I told her I wanted to see the selection they had to decide. She waves her hand directing towards the wall and walks back to the back again. She was wearing some slippers or flip flops. I just walked right out the store. I went in for a suit and walked out with a whole bunch of clothes. I don’t like shopping, but Thanks to Brenda she really helped out and we laughed and had a good time. Great lady to help with getting you setup for looking great.

My partner and I had planned our whole day around buying him a suit for his job interview coming up. We expected it to be a whole entire ordeal that would take all day and multiple trips to different stores. As soon as we walked into this store, though, they immediately greeted us and measured him and started picking out colors and styles for him to try on, and in less than an hour they had him fitted with a gorgeous suit, matching tie, perfect shoes with a matching belt. They were incredibly kind and helpful and we will be coming back here for any clothing need we have in the future.

No one has any interest in helping out customers be it the 2 guys or the cashier lady. They were just there sitting in a place. The place wasn’t busy so it’s not that there were many customers. Clearly see why no one comes there if the salesperson shows this attitude. Used to only purchase shirts from this chain.. don’t feel like shopping here again.

My husband bought two suits for a business trip, left them for alterations to be complete by Wednesday. I picked them up Thursday morning, and before leaving was about to check the hem when the associate checked both pants individually, and the man handed me the suits. Since he appeared to check them thoroughly I didn’t re-check them.Packing this afternoon before heading to Prague, I noticed the hem looked unfinished. We looked at both pants and neither had been hemmed.This store put my husband in such a huge bind I can’t even begin to express how disappointed and angry he was. Losing a lot of weight in the past few months, he was relying on these new suits when standing on a stage in front of 600 plus people. The best I could do was give him safety pins.My husband is so furious he will never set foot in that store again, except for returning the suits.
