Had an issue a few months ago, thank you to J&I! My alternator was completely dead- first auto problem I've had and so I was freaking out! When I spoke with J&I Auto Repairs, I received a quote and an estimate of how long the service/repair would take.When I went to pick up my car, they were able to explain the work they did in a way that was easy for me to understand, even with my lack of auto knowledge! I truly appreciate everyone who helped me out, definitely a business worth supporting.

I just had my truck repaired here. As a retired automotive repair manager, I have a high level of expectation. Jason and his team do great work at a fair price, and in a reasonable time. Very professional.

I brought my car in because it was making some kind of noise that sounded possibly like I had a flat tire, but I didn't. it would especially make this racket when I drove in excess of 60 miles an hour. Jason and his team thoroughly checked out everything that needed to be done; quickly diagnosed it, told me that his findings; I approved the repair and he quickly went to work and got it completed within the same day at a reasonable price. I was very impressed.

The shop owner/manger was condescending. They blatantly lied about when they'd get started on my vehicle and diagnosis of my vehicle. Shop claimed my vehicles gas needle didn't work which was clearly a lie. I left the vehicle there with 0 cars in the bays and returned twice within a week to see if they even looked at the car and they didn't. I wouldn't recommend this place anyone. I would like to think race didn't have something to do with it but I have a hard time convincing myself this after my experience. I just so happen to have served my country proudly and have to deal with this type of nonsense!!!

I am fairly new to the area and needed new brake pads on my Porsche. After making some calls and reading reviews, I took my car to J and I automotive. Jason is honest and the price was great! Very happy customer with no regrets. I will be taking all my vehicles to Jason!

Great prices! Very nice staff. I have a 12 year old car but it looks great and runs great but I do not want to put top of the line parts. I want it to work and for a good price. Texas Auto did it for me!

DONT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE , He wasted my time and costed me $250 for towing my car to him , he doesn't answer or return phone calls, definitely The worst experience, he said he knows how to repair electric cars but he doesn't, My car was sitting there for 3 months for nothing, And I'm still struggling to get my down payment back , worst nightmare and biggest l**** DONT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE
