Love this place. The trainers are so friendly and even though I am new, they make you feel right at home. The CrossFit is challenging and I am loving it. Heading there now…3rd time this week.

I’m a former college football player. Eli is the best trainer I’ve ever had. He knows how to push you the right way to gryphon a great workout and feel good after. I would highly recommend to anybody of any level.
