I was overcharged for months before I realized it. I received no notification that my rate had increased significantly. Christian is overwhelmed with complaints obviously and hung up on me. I’m known for my phone etiquette surprisingly.

It’s very disappointing to be paying top dollar for an inside unit and not have working lights in the hallway. I don’t feel safe even going in the daytime as the lighting has been out since we moved into our unit. The local manager , Christian is great , but the lighting needs to be fixed ASAP

I am changing my review to 1 star. After only three months, I received notice that the rent was increasing. We have outside boat parking! Felt like I was deceived by the online advertising.
