Communication with the hospital for a scheduled surgery was smooth. They were helpful and courteous. All the staff were friendly and very efficient. Clean, professional, well staffed; definitely recommend!

One of the best hospital experiences that I’ve had. Everyone was very friendly and helpful starting with the valet parking up to and including the doctor. Their text system keeps you updated on how and where your patient is. They were great at explaining things and answered all our questions and concerns. Patient comfort and safety was definitely a big priority. Only issue I had was the coffee in the lobby waiting area was super hot so beware.

They took really great care of me.I had a cervical disc replacement and they all did really well to help me feel safe and reassure me.The nurses were amazing, everything was really clean, everyone was extremely professional.10/10 would recommend.

I had a very good experience with this hospital. From the first young lady to the nurses in the Operating Room. Every one was polite, cheerful, informative and caring. They were efficient, introduced everyone, usually it is just the one nurse and anesthetist. My only complaint might be the extended wait. I was told to arrive at 4:30 it took less than 5 minutes to check in and pay then I waited until after 5:00 to be taken back then 35 minutes before the Doctor was scheduled to arrive. I'm not sure that much time waiting was necessary. Otherwise it was very nice, pleasant and professional.

Excellence from walking in to leaving! The staff and doctors were exceptional! The facility was clean and organized. My doctor and nurses were the BEST! This was the very best service and experience I have ever had at a hospital! THANK YOU! YOUR CARE SHOWS AND SPARKLES!

This hospital is a wonderful facility. Everyone is so nice, professional and caring. To them I’m not just a number or the next surgery to be done with before they’re off to the next one. From the doctors to the nursing staff, everyone cared about my comfort and wellbeing. This makes the second time I’ve been here and they are the best!

I recently had surgery at Houston Physicians Hospital where I was required to stay overnight. I can’t say enough great things about this facility. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. From pre-op to after surgery. My nurse Curtis and Carmen went above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. I definitely recommend this facility.

Using Houston physicians hospital was a great experience. I had an MRI and the manner in which everything was processed was excellent. The MRI tech was so caring professional and kind. She made the experience so easy for me. She took extra time and explain step of what I was to experience. I had an MRI before but I was overwhelmed then. This time was so perfect for me. I felt very comfortable. I feel this MRI equipment is the best.

On November 29, 2023, I had an Inspire device implanted into my right side of my upper chest. From the time I entered the registration area to the preop area everyone was courteous and knowledgeable about my procedure. All my specific needs were given careful attention. The anesthesiologist was excellent in making sure my eyes were lubricated and taped, compression hose applied, and foam pads placed under my heels. OR nurses were very supportive. Post op nurses after removing IV made sure heavy pressure gauze and tape were applied to area to reduce bruising as I am on a blood thinner. Phone calls were received from hospital checking on me after release.My thanks to everyone at the hospital for the wonderful care and attention. You should be very proud of your hospital and staff.

My procedure that took place on 10/17/2023 at Houston Physicians Hospital was awesome. Why? Because I had the best Care Team ever. The Dr., the Nurses, Anesthesiologists and their assistants were beyond exceptional! They made me feel like there was nothing to worry about. They put me at ease, listened to my concerns, answered my questions. They were very compassionate and caring. I could not have asked for a better care team than them. I felt blessed being in their care. Absolutely nothing negative about my procedure and the care I received.

Great experience except for my nurse in recovery; she was not friendly and made me feel rushed to leave. She got mad that my body was shaking uncontrollably while I came out of the anesthesia. All other employees were helpful and kind.

Went in for MRI, young lady at front desk was very pleasant and efficient in getting my paperwork done. The MRI technician who helped me was also very pleasant and explained the procedure to me. It was nice to visit a hospital and deal with people who seemed like they enjoyed their job.

Pleasant atmosphere from the moment we arrived and very well taken care of thru whole procedure. Appreciate the follow up phone calls to check on my progress. Recommend this hospital very highly for your surgical needs. Staff were friendly and attentive at all times.

Deb and Nicole are amazing!!! I’ve never felt so well cared for and prepared for surgery. Deb has great phlebotomy skills! 1 painless stick. Kim and Nelson in imaging were efficient and friendly.
