I was turned away when expressing concerns about my tire and why the pressure was lower than my other tires. I made an appointment, took off early from work and once I walked in I was told “if your light isn’t on, it’s fine.” So I took it to discount tire where they stated I had a nail and could patch the tire for me. Awful customer service and just lazy because he didn’t feel like helping.

It’s their service department!!. I’ve had 4 of 5 bad experiences there and that’s it for me. I’ve used Hondas for decades, but this dealer just seems to be way below my expectations.
I took photos if you’d like of the lousy parts. Just walking in there it reeks of poor service and poor management
Whats with the attitude that I always note. Maybe they hate their job, or wife or boss.
I’ll try another dealer, BUT WONT be at Clear Lake Honda. Never again. Very disappointed in a guy called “T”

I was very pleased with the service at Honda of ClearLake. I didn’t have an appointment because it was a drop off. When I arrived Ted helped me although he wasn’t my adviser. He said, “we all help each other”. I thought it would take 4 or 5 days to get my car back. The next morning, I was pleased to hear from Lacy who said they had diagnosed the problem,
and it was what she and I had discussed. It was covered by Honda. It was going to be fixed at no cost and would be ready later that day. I was elated as I thought I was going to have to rent a car to go home for the weekend and then return. Thank you, Lacy, Ted and Honda of ClearLake. You’ve always taken good care of my vehicle.

I do not like not having an appointment time for an oil change. Staff said come on in, first come first served. Said you were open til 7:00 pm. I arrived at 4:30 and not leave until after 6:30. Said about half of your service staff leaves at 5:00. I fully understand that but I did not expect to have to burn over 2 hours waiting on an oil change. I came here to keep a relationship with Honda and you do a more thorough analysis and that takes time to do. I understand that. If I had an appointment time, I could better schedule my time.
