Very friendly staff and seamless check-in and out. Our room was spotless and I'm very grateful go get extra makeup wipes from the front desk whenever I needed it.Delicious complimentary breakfast of all the basics. Didn't get time to check out the pool but we enjoyed our stay. It was incredibly cozy + with a gorgeous view!

Good overall. Great rooms, all clean, so many lights and outlets, great ac. Pool was good, laundry was good: $1.50 wash n $1.50 dry. Simple, i enjoyed it.

The website says pets welcome, we previously stayed there 2 nights with our small indoor Chihuahua, then when we returned for another 2 night stay two weeks later pets were not allowed even though the website stated " Pets Welcome". We will take our business elsewhere, our dog is well behaved, does not bark, house broken, our dog has traveled the US Gulf and East Coast to high end hotels with no issues until this place.

Pros-Continetal Breakfast was good. The room was nice. However, the Bathroom had mold.Bugs were present in the room.Nearby activities: Department stores and mall.

Failed to do a wake-up call. Failed to refill hygiene products. Failed to clean room after requested. All 3 reasons why not to stay hereFood & drinks: A 16-ounce beverage is $4.50!!!!

Gave our room to someone else with same last name. At least 5-6 rooms on the 2 floors we were on were marked "Not ready to use." Took about 30-45 minutes to get us a room.
