The only gripe is that the hit water in the shower doesn't get hot at all. Just Luke warm. Otherwise it would've been all 5 stars

Bathroom door was ridiculous. Curtains wouldn't close.
Rooms: The room other than the useless bathroom door and curtains that were broken and wouldn't close was okay.

Great staff, Kody at front desk was quick with check in and was very accommodating with my room request. Crista the Bartender was awesome! Very good food.

I had a couple issues with my room and they fixed them as soon as they could. Super nice. Great breakfast. Waitress Patti was so sweet. John the Manager solved all problems quickly. Very professional. Well run hotel. Clean

Good people. Free upgrade to better room. Convenient to NASA Space Center in Houston, TX. I would love it more if it had an exhaustive fan in the bathroom, lower noise from A/C, and no light leaking from bathroom sliding door.

The rooms here are large and clean. I am in a wheel chair accessible room. Once I figured where all the buttons were in was very nice. I was surprised by no free breakfast but the lower cost made up for that.

Recently renovated hotel, but most of equipments are dated, small roaches are found in the bathroom. Air conditioner is very noisy with water leaking. Service of the front desk is horrible, waited 15 minutes for the check-in, nobody at the counter, only a piece of paper said leave momentarily. When the guy is back, no smile, no greetings, only cold words, hi can I help you. Same service quality for the checkout. The lady was on the phone, another 10 minutes waiting. It happens, no problem,we understand that, she is doing her job, but not a word "sorry for the waiting". The front desk service definitely not matches Hilton brand and I'm wondering how they got Hilton honor reward. Won't come back again and make me seriously doubt about the brand.

Rooms are in the process of being remodeled. Clean lobby. The staff is welcoming and friendly. I stay here several times a year and will continue to do so.

Top dollar paid & then you pay for Breakfast
Stay 2 nights and the key card had to be replaced 4 times
