A couple days ago, I went in for a hair cut. I signed in and was placed on the waiting list. When it was my turn, the beautician called for a man who arrived after me. I told her that it was my turn but she acted like she didn’t care and insisted on cutting his hair first. Fortunately, the gentleman was kind enough to tell the beautician to have me go before him. Later on, she complained that my hair was tangled and told me to comb my own hair myself before she would proceed. Even though I was upset, I allowed her to finish the haircut before leaving. After I got home and my hair was dry, I noticed that she didn’t even do a very good job and my hair was very uneven. She must have been in a big hurry to cut my hair so she could move to the next customer in line. If You ever want to get a haircut at this place, you better make sure that you have short hair that is not tangled. I won’t ever go back to that place again.

I went in asking for a haircut and the lady told me that she couldn’t do it because my hair was too long and that my hair would need to be shorter in order to style it the way I want it. Honestly was frustrated and I left without getting a cut. It portrayed laziness and poor customer service.

I went in and took a seat. A lady came from the stations and asked me for my phone number. I asked if I could get a haircut without giving my number. She said, “No.” I thanked her and left. The Great Clips on 96 and Hobbs down the street will cut your hair without you having to give your personal information.

Alex gave a good haircut and lsitened to my needs/wants. Not too talked which allowed m e to exhale had a busy morning that day. Like to have him again.
Requested style: I had met Alex previously and he is a no BS and pleasant guy to be around and keeps station tidy as well.

Showed the lady a few different ways I wanted my hair cut, then she immediately took a razor to my hair and shaved it close to bald in a single stroke. So with a big, obvious line through my hair I thought maybe she could salvage it, but went on to make it worse. I should've walked out of there the moment she made the mistake and now I'm stuck with a terrible unprofessional haircut far from what I asked for that will negatively effect my chances at employment. Do not go here.

I love the fact that this place is open on Sundays. My hair stylist was a young blonde hair lady. I never got her name. But she was very thorough with my haircut. I highly recommend this place. Very clean.I was in and out in less than 10 minutes

Patrice and Tiffany were amazing!!! Patrice cut my husbands hair and made him feel very comfortable with the whole process (he has social anxiety). Tiffany was amazing with me I usually just let the stylist do their thing and she talked me through the whole process and explained everything she was doing! Tiffany and Patrice also recommend amazing products for us that we purchased. Thank you ladies!

I have gone to Great Clips for many , many years .Samantha cut my hair for over 20 years before going to Great Clips . Patrice have been cutting my hair and I am completely satisfied. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. I will gladly ,give them a 10 .
