If you want excellent customer service please take your vehicle here I got a sensor replace and a day light for total 230.00 Volkswagen Dealership wanted 1500.00 Omg My day light went out on my driver’s side it cost me 50.00 to replace both lights Volkswagen of Clear Lake in Houston wanted 399.00 to replace a 5.00 bulb OMG ?

I will never allow anyone else to work on my German car than this place. Every time I’ve brought my vehicle to another shop, I knew right away they were scamming or jacking up the price, plus there would be days of waiting, but this guy at German Auto Precision has me in and out the same day most of the time, unless parts need to be ordered. Even then, it’s usually a day or two, then I pull in and wait in the lobby and back on the road in no time. This is hands down the very best place to bring your German vehicles.

Ali is amazing. I got hit by a school bus on Wednesday that ripped up my back tire and bumper. He put it all back together as much like new as possible and changed out my tire (I had a spare in the trunk). He doesn't answer his phone but was in the shop working on cars,so I went in there. All done in less than an hour. Only place I'm taking my Volkswagen.

Ali is a very knowledgeable mechanic, and I trust him to perform any maintenance or resolve any mechanical issues with my VW passat. Yes, it can be difficult to get a hold of him by phone because he doesn't have a receptionist and is normally working hard on the shop floor. The best way to get a hold of him is to drive there and meet up with him, but you won't regret it.

December 2019 had my timing belt and water pump replaced, was charged $1300!!!Barely drove my vehicle in 2020 and 2021 due to the pandemic, now in July 2022 I am having to replace the water pump again because it is failing. Cant get the guy on the phone because all the phone numbers listed don't work or just ring with no answer. Maybe others have had a better experience but for me this is a total rip off and would suggest others to be cautious getting service done here.UPDATE:After seeing the reply to my review I called the number given in the reply and as usual no answer.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I've been going to German Precision Auto since it opened almost 10 years ago.Ali, the customer service/mechanic/one man shop owner, is one of the most honest and upstanding guys you will meet, let alone a mechanic.I used to have him work on my stage 3 2002 GTI 337 edition for the time that I owned it and now I have a Toyota Corolla that he was MORE than happy to help me get fixed.He replaced the serpentine belt, some seals, did a complete cleaning of all the gears & sprockets (no other mechanic would do that), and an oil & oil filter change.All for an unbelievable price.Seriously... you will not find a better mechanic, who is more likeable and HONEST, than Ali at German Precision Auto.Services: Auto battery maintenance

Took the car in because we thought it was loosing oil. Was told it was not loosing oil it just needed new oil sensors and gas pump because of sluggish take off but it actually was loosing oil after it died and we had it towed to the dealer who said the piston rings were broken and the oil was now In the engine block so we now needed a new engine instead of just new piston rings.
