Frank's is simply THE BEST. They are the only place I will ever take my car for body and interior repairs. Friendly, knowledgeable, service oriented, fast and thorough, Frank's always exceeds expectations. A recent job that I fully expected to take 4-5 days was completed in two. They won my business years ago when I went in to find out how to remove some road tar from my new vehicle and they did it without charge. Great people!

I was recommended this shop through my ins company. Mild front-end damage. The body work was done correctly, however, customer service SUCKED!!!! They called me when my car was "ready". I drove there only to find my license plate bracket was still on order. I asked them, why was I was told it was ready? State of Texas requires all cars to have the front plate installed. A blonde lady sitting in the back said it was no big deal, as she does it all the time. I asked if they were going to pay my ticket? So, I had to come back the next day, to find that they decided to throw away my air fresheners, to the tune of $20, and a personalized bottle of water from my sister's wedding!! Shop policy, as I'm told, is they don't throw anything away. I get it, take all personal belongings out, but a bottled water??!! If they can't follow basic shop policy to not throw ANYTHING away, what else is being done incorrectly? The emergency driver assist programming, perhaps? They were willing to send me down the road, breaking Texas State Law!!! SHAME ON YOU!!

This place is GREAT, highly recommend. The people are so nice, price was very good, communication way above average and they did a really nice job on small scrape repair...and washed and cleaned inside my car! I didn't expect the cleanup.
I hope you don't need car repairs but if you do. Call this place!!

Although we wish we had not had to take our vehicles to Frank’s, the fact is Frank’s does magic on wrecked or damaged vehicles! Mine car was hit from behind and threw us into the car in front of us and my husband’s truck had extensive tornado damage. As for my vehicle, it still rattles some and Frank’s fought my insurance to get as much taken care of as possible but their hands were tied. As for my husband’s truck, it looks brand new and it’s a 2015! Chris was our go to guy and he made the process easy. Hopefully, we won’t have to be repeat customers but if necessary, we will return to Frank’s.

I wish there was some way i could leave less than 1 star. This place doesnt care about anything other than their bottom line. Worst type of money grubbing cheaters there are. 0/10 would NEVER return.

Franks collision in Webster is amazing and I will continue to recommend them to everyone I know. Shawn and Karye Make the process extremely seamless And keep you updated throughout the whole process. They make you feel like you are part of the family. Once more I am very grateful for all you’re hard work.

They purposefully held my glass roof to my C8 corvette for months. Luckily I also have the regular roof. They scratched my glass roof and tried to blame me but I'm smart and I record everything, they forgot to put weather strips on glass roof and also forgot to put latch on roof. So I had to go back and forth to this dealership at least 6 times. If it had rained my corvette would have been totaled. If I had left without latch the roof would have flew off again and I'm 100% sure they would have tried to blame me.
I had my roof replaced in the past by J.D autorepairs and they had a brand new roof no scratches in a week this place took 8 months.
The so called manager is absolutely clueless. For some reason she wanted to piece together the roof from old parts of the destroyed roof. Of course that didn't work and she ended up having to get all new parts.
I also had warned them about how easy the roof scratches and they ignored it and still put the glass roof on a piece of cardboard box. Then they bring it out to me with scratches, of course I'm not going to accept it with scratches. So instead they try to blame me for the scratches.
I had to escalate the situation many times over a 8 month period with state farm to get a new roof, the shop kept saying it was on back order. So I had state farm get the information about where the shop was getting part from. Some how a few days later they have the part.

Work was done on time !!! With scratch in new paint that they had to buff out. Then over spray on windshield which I had to come back to get cleaned off . So after two trips to pick up my Truck that was done, if a little attention was paid to the quality of their work only one trip would have been needed .

Repaired my 4Runner and Frank’s claimed they used OEM parts, but only used aftermarket to maximize their margin. I paid for OEM and they sourced OEE parts. When you walk in there you will see awards on the wall for most outstanding sales. There is a reason for this. Go elsewhere.

Rude rude rude. Like I was a diseased vagrant. The lady in the back desk acted like was a waste of her space and I hadn't even said a word yet. Answered me with a scowl, I was dressed semi-nice, didn't stink, and had not even spoken. After this encounter I was done, maybe she was having a bad day but this wasn't my doing. So I just left before I got curt....really quick like.

My granddaughter was in a wreck. Frank's was very helpful with everything. Polite and caring spending a lot of time and effort. Even though the car was actually totaled by the insurance, We are grateful for all their help.

Got my front bumper,grill and under panel replace along with fresh paint in a weeks time as promised. Highly would recommend.
