I’m new to the Webster area and I was really looking for a gym that has a friendly environment, not crowded, and has classes. I’ve been very satisfied with this gym so far! I got a chance to work with trainer Jay and he was amazing! Very positive and encouraging that I will get all my training needs met. I’m very excited!

Staff and management is a waste. They don't care about members issues or complaints.
Some mlembers here act like they are at home on their couches while on thier phones without any care or consideration. The aerobics and bike room doesn't close the doors so they scream through and amplified speaker annoying and distracting the other members trying to work out on the floor. The quality of this gym has been steadily declining with service and quality.

Jay really changed my perspective on this gym. I really appreciated that he heard all of my fitness concerns and was able to set me up with a trainer that will help me achieve my goals.

Awesome experience, just signed up at Fitness Connection and it was such a great experience. I met Justys who sign me up and Jay the manager who gave me a fitness assessment and they were both great people. So far everyone I’ve met there is so chill and friendly plus the equipment is top notch. Highly recommend.

This is my favorite Gym, the people are friendly, it has many machines, it offers the option of group classes that are motivational for those who need support in their new goal. The sauna remains clean, I have been a member for 5 years with memberships at other gyms but Fitness Connection Webster is my top 1.

Love this gym because there is so much great equipment!
Also Justys at the front desk has a great smile and welcomes all who come in. Her smile and attitude are contagious!

Clean gym with lots of good equipment.
However, too many members use multiple pieces of equipment at a time. They also do too many sets taking 30-45 minutes on the smith machines along with playing on their phones for several minutes between sets.
I have been working out in commercial gyms daily since 1983 and never have I seen this many members acting so entitled and not caring about other members.

I am one of several members I know to recently cancel membership over poor club management. I have attempted to resolve my issue and have received no response from club manager or area manager.

Just joined, wish I didn't. Deeply disappointed ? the machines are so old, it's super cramped and well it's always hot even on a rainy day.... wish I would of checked out the machines before signing up ..... maybe they'll update the machines soon?! Ugh

Poor Regional Management with the hurricane. Crush was opened FC "No". Employees suffered and understand were not compensated in pay due to poor upper management decisions. No communication the entire time with members and staff. Only one email at inception and later taken down. Big F for a grade. FC has really deteriated. As a loyal member 2+ yrs sad to witness.
Restructuring with management that has a business sense would be a plus.
Members and best staff employees leaving and not afraid to tell us.
I did email the investment owners (Not FC) as CEO / President through my Investment Relations Group...... just crickets thus far. Very odd from a corpoate discipline yet sad.
