I have been doing my insurance through Charles Howard since the beginning of this year. It’s been the best experience so far. Jessica Rodriguez went above and beyond to find me the best coverage and affordable insurance each time. The customer service is top-notch, and I've never been disappointed with the services provided. Looking forward to another year with this institution.

Canceled policy with only an email. No notification on the Farmers app nor a phone call! And would not even reinstate the policy. Very upset.

I have been with farmers for 15 years and have been pleased with the service that they have provided for me .Mr Charles Howard has been my agent for the time I've been with farmers and he's always willing to assist me also his assist Jessica. I wouldn't charge my insurance for any other insurance company.

Charles and Jessica have been absolutely amazing!!!!!!! They have helping me get the best rates out there on the market and always have amazing customer service absolutely phenomenal!!!!!!!!!! Go check out their office in Webster and make sure to ask for Jessica or Charles they will def help you save a lot of money!!!!!
