Had horrible experience here. Store manager Mike is very unprofessional and rude. Had horrible attitude. This was our go to furniture place to buy furniture but with the experience we had with him makes us not want to even purchase there anymore. He needs lessons in customer service. The first two employees we spoke to were polite and respectful but having a store manager like that is bad for business.

We were very impressed with purchasing our furniture. It took us a couple of times back and forth to figure out what we needed and Yasin, Bre and the Manager Jake were so helpful.
Yasin was AMAZING and so professional with us finding what we were looking for. Rachel interior designer was there to help us out as well.
Yasin (our salesman) was not only caring about what we were looking for, but was also personable and knowledgeable.
Bre helped us make sure that we had what we needed and helped me to find those inn tables.
Jack the Sales Manager helped to make sure it that it all came together at a great price!
Now on to the furniture! :-)
We were very happy to find the sofa set, recliner, inn tables and stools, mattress and even a mirror with excellent high quality we expect to have for years to come. :-)

I love the Webster texas store Amy was great and very knowledgeable about her sales came in on her day off also let’s not forget about Bre Store Manger super knowledgeable and go beyond to make her customers Happy and make sure they don’t leave empty handed also we have Robert the Mattress Man He will get the darn thing done!!!! Thanks again Robert You are so helpful and very determined to get my Michael E furniture.. Over 2 days of going to this place and I had a bad experience on both days. 1st day my sales guy would not stop with trying to push the sale on me after I told him I was there to see what they had. Got to the mattress side and they wouldn’t stop talking either. As I was trying to leave, he talked to me into looking at what they had upstairs. As we got up they, they didn’t have anything for the room I was wanting to buy for. I was starting to walk down the stairs and his manager shows up. Now his manager is trying to push the sale onto me and I’m becoming furious. Fast forward to day 2 after I cool off and visit other stores. I told the sales guy that I was no longer interested in the he furniture but I would give them a 2nd chance and might buy a mattress. I try out the mattress’s and we start talking prices. Mattress was 100 off a tempur pedic but he was trying to sell me a warranty that the manufacturer already provides and lied to me saying that it doesn’t have the warranty.
Cheats and crooks. Don’t let these people bully you into a purchase. Do a fact check on everything they say. If they say it’s a name brand, every brand is a name brand. If you’re going to tell me something is solid wood and I look and see cheap particle board. Red Flag all over this place. I feel really bad for all the people that got conned and overpaid for everything here.

Did not like the sales lady told us her name, I repeated it back to her ( so we knew it), told her we were just looking and killing time. She followed us the entire time. Definitely do not like the pushy follow you sales type. Will continue to go to American furniture warehouse where we don't feel that way. Plus the couch we ended up getting was about $700 cheaper.

I have been a returning customer to Exclusive and the Webster location did NOT disappoint my salesman King was amazing and very patient and ready to go above and beyond for us looking at all options possible to get my hubby approval so extra star for him. Once at check out manager Mike took care of us, and was VERY informative on all the ends of out!! Furniture is always good quality here mostly all my furniture is from them. Keep up the AMAZING job Exclusive furniture!!!

Amy was amazing at helping us purchase our furniture and mattress. From the start she was very welcoming & energetic! We loved her fun personality. George helped us pick the perfect mattress & was very informative during this process. Overall, everyone in the store was very helpful. We will be returning in the future. Thank you!!!!!
