Roommate & I cut our lease early to leave this place! Front office does NOT communicate with you when you ask, front office NEVER answers their phones, mold in the shower multiple times & all maintenance does is spray it with WINDEX- THEY SPRAY MOLD WITH WINDEX, cracks in the ceiling, dryer doesn’t work, huge unknown black stains on the patio, when there’s damage on your vehicle done on the property management takes over a month to get back to you, they paint over the tiles in the shower so it starts peeling and reveals how dirty the shower is, your shower door will be black & crusty, and probably have mold because they don’t replace it. I could go on but I think you get the picture. This is the 2nd worst complex I’ve lived in. FIND A BETTER OPTION!

Been living here for about 5 months. The service is terrible here. The layout is nice but the outside is crappy. Holes in the grass bugs are everywhere. It’s dirty when coming to your apartment. They need to power wash patio and out side the doors to make it nice and clean. Can’t wait until my lease is over with

This place isn't terrible but it's definitely not top tier.Pros: big space with lots of trees, nice office staff, affordable, gyms ok, great locationCons: dog poop E-VERY-WHERE. Noone cleans up and management does nothing, pools inconsistently kept, maintenance quality is subpar, gates always brokenBiggest complaint is they were willing to lose a good tenant who paid on time, never caused problems, and was willing to pay more to upragde, because they wanted to charge $850 fee for me to transfer to a bigger unit (after my current lease). Makes no sense

I have lived here for almost 2 years, and they have changed management, and it shows.Scheduled an appointment for tub to be resurfaced again, and they have you sign a waiver that states that you can't be in the premises for up to 72 hours because of the fumes and for the resurfacing to dry. That was Friday, and they called and left a voice-mail to call back and reschedule because their vendor had to cancel. I was okay with that.I called back and left a message the same day because no one picked up. I heard back from no one, and I come home from work on a Tuesday to see that my tub has been resurfaced without me being notified. I wasn't able to make accommodations to move my clothes and shoes out of the space because the fumes will linger and they stick to anything in sight... I know from experience. Today is Thursday, and I have called and left voice-mails 2-3 times every day to speak to someone because there is a film on my counter tops, and I want an explanation. I am beyond upset, I am a grown behind woman who can't access my shower and has been sleeping in my living room with all my windows open , so I'm not inhaling the fumes for 3 days!I give people grace, but this precious experience has upset me beyond a level of anger and frustration I've ever experienced while living in an apartment. I won't recommend this apartment to anyone if it's more than a 6 month lease. I am seeking other options so I can leave when my lease is up.Update: I waited 3 days to use my tub for this to happen.

Been here going on 8 months we have had 2 water leaks that took more than a month each time to get repaired.. maintenance tried to fix the problem bot only made the leak worse...they called a plumber to fix the problem. It's always a hassle to get something fixed. My shower is still currently not fixed and is Un usable. I pay for a 2 bath and only get to use one....
