For a company that prides itself and its reputation on customer service, I guess it must have called in sick today for my visit. I made a reservation online and was given a confirmation number. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle I was told there were no vehicles. I was then told that someone had called and left a voicemail. I did not have any missed calls or voicemails. Had I, I would not have gone out of my way for a 45 minute Lyft ride that cost me $40. It’s just extremely irritating when somebody lies rather than simply owning their mistakes. What was most disconcerting was that there was no attempt to see if there was a vehicle at a nearby branch or offer any type of assistance to help us get a vehicle. Instead we were simply shown the door. If I treated my customers like this I would have no customers! I felt the one star was generous because at least they didn’t deny a reservation was made on the website.Update:Why bother replying to a review asking me to reach out if nobody is going to reply or call me back. None of my emails to that email address have been returned or answered. And neither has my request to speak to the branch manager. Rather than offer excuses for why enterprise should not be held accountable for their actions, perhaps you could focus on solutions for keeping your customers.

I went on a business trip for work and my company set me up in a rental for traveling. I didn't know what to expect as I've never been in a position to use any rental car service for business. Via the website, I specifically chose a Toyota to drive since I'm a Toyota girl and am more comfortable with one.Upon walking into the establishment, I sat down as a lady was being serviced and waited. Immediately, staff member, Anmaria greeted me with a smile and quickly got my background information such as my driver's license. She assured me that there was going to be a wait since the technology wasn't working properly that day and that they had a line of individuals needing to give cars too.There were about four people ahead of me, so I just sat down and waited. During the wait time, I witnessed two Karens screaming and getting disgruntled with Anmaria since they had been waiting for a while. It was a disturbing show to watch, but Anmaria remained calm and treated them professionally ensuring that their vehicles would be ready as soon as possible.Thankfully, Anmaria kept her word and had them on their way with a vehicle which they complained about again. Then, another staff member, Jackie serviced the man who waited for more than an hour. She greeted him with a smile and immediately placed him an a vehicle. Finally, it was my turn. Ms. Jackie walked me outside to what appeared to be not-a-Toyota, but instead a luxury Volvo. She gave me a walkthrough of the vehicle, we looked a previous scratches and made note of them. I was straightforward with her by explaining that I am not used to computerized vehicles and have a manual car at home. I asked if she could show me how to operate some of the controls.Ms. Jackie was patient with me and showed me how to open the gas area, how to connect my phone to Bluetooth, and how to control the seating, and she thoroughly explained that the "P" button was for parking.During the trip, I had no major issues with the vehicle and the vehicle rode very smoothly. It gave me 36 mpg so I only had to stop once heading to DFW for gas and once heading back to the Houston area. Upon returning the vehicle, I returned it after hours and met with Ms. Lisa who was assisting a male Karen who was very rude to me as I was briefly chatting with Ms. Lisa.Ms. Lisa was very nice and did not give me any form of attitude. She was understanding of the mistake and assured me that it would be okay. She offered to dispose of my trash, but I told her that it was fine I could handle it. They even have a chat line that you can text them on if you have any troubles with the vehicle. I had trouble opening the gas cap area upon returning the vehicle, but eventually figured it out.I visited the store to get a copy of the receipt and met with the smile of Lisa who quickly produced a receipt for me. I even spoke with another staff member, Laura who assisted Lisa. Both gave exceptional customer service.Overall, I had a very positive experience with the staff members here. I will warn y'all that there are a lot of entitled Karens who come here.

Just want to let Enterprise rental know that Annamaria the Assistant Branch was very professional and helpful. She assisted me with my rental request and made everything easy and quick. She willing helped me without regards to their closing time. What a great staff member you have. I want to thank you for hiring her. Great customer service ...

They were great at accommodating my needs, very kind, efficient and courteous! I think the ladies name was Victoria that helped me and she was amazing ?My car was wrecked and the insurance provided a rental. But they didn't have a standard size car available. The Enterprise worked with USAA to get me into another vehicle. Thanks guys!

I have been renting from this location for over a year, every time I have to go out of town for work. I never had a problem until this last time. They gave me a vehicle that had many scratches and dents. I was pretty sure all scratches and dents were documented, but I didn't even think to look at the little flap at the bottom of the front bumper. I drove it out of town and back with no incident. I turn it in and was shown the scratch. I didn't hit anything or do anything to cause that scratch. I know now I should have just asked for another car. So they are dinging me for a scratch I know I didn't put there. Well I'll just go to Budget from now on, and tell everyone I know what happened, so they know that if they try to give you a scratched up, dented up car, either ask for another one, or better yet, just don't go there at all.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The “manager” Jessica Rendon, was very rude and unprofessional. I am appalled by her behavior and not sure how she is a manager for Enterprise. I will never come to this location again.

Me and my partner rented a car from this location on 5/4/23. We were promised a sedan that they would have available for that day and upon our arrival they told us “the sedan was not available and we are going to give you a Chrysler Van with no up charge”. We were hesitant to agree because we noticed the van had multiple damages and scratches and just little things of that nature. We were told we would not be held responsible for these damages since they are previously noted damages on file & moved along with the rental agreement. The manager or ASM was “helping” us at this point. He did not explain a single document or have us sign a single paper, the agreement was not even in my partners name (which we did correct multiple times). We unfortunately left with this Chrysler Van that day. We returned the van to a different enterprise location because we bought a car from them!!! Only to hear back a week later that all the previously stated damages on the van was to be paid by my partner in full?!!! Yet again the rental agreement did not have my partner’s name on it and the damages that we had been shown at the time of rental. We did reach out and let them know that we did not cause these damages and it should be on file that we acknowledged these damages with whatever manager was on site that day “helping” us. We were taken advantage of in our time of need for having been in a terrible car accident and our car being totaled on site. This was our first rental experience, and it will be our last we are searching for legal help and I wish we never would have done business with Enterprise. We have asked multiple times for proof of damages and proof that it was us that caused these damages. They are telling us that they will not give it to us and we must pay it out in full and they will not talk to us because the paperwork still has the wrong name on it. This is a very shady business and I tell everyone to be very cautious when renting from enterprise, record everything or have a witness with you or even a lawyer at this point. We cannot afford this very large bill for something we did not even do especially after going through such a traumatic car accident, losing our car and then buying a new one FROM ENTERPRISE. I am disgusted with the way we have been treated and how we have been taken advantage of by this awful company.

Everyone is always very friendly. The office and vehicles are both very clean. Would be 5 stars, but they are consistently understaffed (no fault of the employees), so waits can be EXTENSIVE.

My vehicle was totaled and I needed a rental for what I thought would be a period of approximately a week. I reserved online and upon picking up my vehicle I was informed from a nearby branch that there was no availability. I was referred to the Webster, TX location.Josue was a great and very professional employee who took great care in ensuring my rental issues were resolved immediately. He took the time to listen and communicate effectively. He also made the initial process of renting easy. Although the selected rental was unavailable at this branch, he made accommodations. The vehicle I received had a mechanical issue so I brought it back and he was able to make things right. I returned a few days later to close out the reservation.I then found out that I would need another rental due to my insurance claim still pending. I was able to rent with ease once again from Josue! It was yet another wonderful experience. I reserved for one day but found that I needed it another day. I informed the reservation team immediately. All was handled with the exception of the local branch needing a credit vs debit card. I offered to enter it in the app or provide the information by phone. I was assured by reservations that all would be handled upon return of the vehicle.I received a call from the branch the morning after. Jessica was very unprofessional and did not demonstrate great communication skills. She interrupted conversation constantly, threatened to have me placed on a “do not rent” list when informed that I would have to return the day after I promised, and spoke with a raised voice when I explained why I had to keep the vehicle overnight. She was highly emotional during our exchange which made the situation very awkward. I informed her of my communication with reservations at which point she stated I need to communicate with her local office (which was closed at the time). I was told to pay for the additional day via card at the branch. She attempted to charge for significantly over at which point my bank notified me of the unauthorized amount. Jessica refused to answer the request for explanation and continued to cut me off mid conversation. She then refused to continue to work with me and demanded the return. I stated that I would just return to my original local office to avoid ongoing confrontation with Jessica.Another local office communicated with me to assist and take the return and close out the reservation. Shortly after, the young man informed me that the Webster branch placed an additional fee for returning to a different location which he couldn’t waive. So my balance increased yet again.I don’t rent vehicles often but I honestly don’t want to after this experience! I suggest the GM implement training on effective communication, professional practice, and empathy. After watching another interaction with a customer first hand, I am surprised that Jessica has a job working in customer service or in a customer facing role!

Good Service.Enterprise outfitted me with a vehicle while mine was getting worked at the shop. Their rep, Jan, was already waiting for me at the body shop with a brand new Nissan Murano after I dispatched my car. Moreover, she was helpful, informative, and attentive to my needs. I do wish the Enterprise fleet provided a wider array of small vehicles since I'm not generally accustomed to driving large cars, but that is just a minor detail. My overall experience was good, and I'm quite glad I have this service so close to home should I ever need a rental in the future.
