John at Divers Down went above and beyond to get me certified to dive before an upcoming trip, setting me up with instructor Tim Loyd, who worked with my schedule and patiently showed me the ropes at Lake Longhorn for the required diving classes. They got me up to speed quickly, and I'm now a certified open water diver, hooray! I can't wait to go on my first ocean dive and practice all the cool scuba stuff I learned. Kudos to the Divers Down team for all their help

Great dive shop, went in for my rescue diver course and couldn't of been more satisfied. John really went above and beyond to work with me get everything situated and ready to dive.Will was the instructor for the course and cpr and he was an absolutely amazing instructor. Very high quality dive shop in the area and I would recommend it to anyone looking to get into the sport.

My fiancé and I had a great experience getting scuba certified here! Lindsey Mulford was our amazing instructor, and Lindsey made the whole process really fun! We would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to get scuba certified!

I didn’t want to drive all the way to the shop I’ve been using to get new fins so I looked up places closer to me and boy did I hit the jackpot finding this place. Owner, John was super helpful. I went in to only get fins and walked out with a whole personal gear package. The prices are very reasonable compared to other other places I’ve seen. He took the time to explain everything and got me fitted perfectly. I 110% recommend this shop

Needed to get my open water cert knocked out over a single weekend due to some tight scheduling constraints, so scheduled with Divers Down. Owner John and manager Miranda were both super friendly and helpful. I had Will Hamilton as my diving instructor and found his teaching methods to be iron clad. Very thorough and had a lot of patience. Would recommend.

I needed to get a "beginners pack" to take an advanced class over a weekend with another company. I worked late and so I came in an hour before closing, however, John the owner had a ton of patience as I went through and selected my items. He was super knowledgeable and I didn't feel rushed or pressured into any selections. You can tell he is super passionate about diving and just wants to share the experience with others, definitely stop in!

Wow.. you will get great service from Divers down! John the owner made getting recertified so easy. Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. Looking forward to going with them to The Georgia aquarium and any other future dive trips!

Unfortunately, the rating system doesn't go low enough, because 1 star is too many for this business. I truly wish the system would allow me to go to 0. Do not do business here. The owner is a completely unprofessional. Was very rude to my wife and I. John, the owner, lies about dive experience and lied about work experience. John is incredibly shady. Do not do business with this store or the owner. Called the shop to let them know how unprofessional the owner is and that I will be taking my business elsewhere and was hung up on by the store associate. Go to any other dive shop in the surrounding area to buy actual quality gear and to avoid the POS staff at this shop.
