Let me ask a question. What the policy on employees working during a hurricane?? With no lights. With no one showing up to release an employee. Where’s the store manager? With an employee stuck in the store?? DURING A HURRICANE? Where’s the manager? What’s the policy for a hurricane and people working! #hurricane beryl.

Customer service is terrible....if they have a complex with you..they definitely show it....I watched as two cashier's handles another customer before me ...and afterwards when I approached the counter... They proceeded to have a side bar conversation amgounst each other about another employee not showing up to work and calling in for 3days in a row, cashier stated he would pull up to her house n be ready to fight because apparently the coworker is a female and has a boyfriend....the other cashier stated oh let me run to family dollar real quick....Idk last time I checked personal conversations should be held once the counter is clear....mind you I was in a hurry but seeing as though both cashiers were being rude no need for me to return the favor....I hope those employees get it together....this is a ALL THE TIME situation

This is a horrible gas station. NEVER COME HERE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND REFUSE TO REFUND!! When I tried to get cash back the cashier tried to give me a counterfeit $20 bill and I refused to take it because it was fake and he argued with me instead of trying to fix the problem. Very unorganized employees are lazy and slow. Multiple times I have pulled up to the doors locked during business hours while the employee is “in the bathroom” for 20 minutes then has the nerve to give me attitude when he opened the door. When confronted about it the employee disregarded it didn’t apologize I took my business elsewhere and will continue to do so

LOOK FOR THE RED STICKER AT THE PUMPS HERE to ensure you card does not get information charged up the butt at places you KNOW you did not spend at...has happened twice a day or two later chase hits me up....either go inside and pay or avoid!

After what is been the worst week already, stoped here to get diesel, paid $100 for 3/4 of a tank only to get 30 miles down the road & my truck start having all kinds of issues, ends up dying where I can’t get it started again. Have to get it towed home, get the filter pulled out to smell nothing but straight gasoline. Now the store won’t answer my phone call, can’t get ahold of anything related to corporate & now I’m just screwed. Moral of this, don’t get diesel here.

Sorry no stars to this place. I've lived close by for 2 years and it always gives me problems . Rude staff most of the time and it's definitely not 24 hours as advertised.

They need 2 cashiers all the time so the lines are not always to the door, besides that like the store, cig discounts ext.....
