Joe Hudson really took care of me! Big Red (my car) was hit pretty bad, but by the time they made all the fixtures.....you would have never known damage took place. The staff is absolutely amazing, and customer service is rated number one in the State of Texas!!! I hope my car never gets hit again, but if it does.....I'm coming back to Joe Hudson Collision!!!

This was back in December 2022. They did a great job replacing my bumper and color matching. Great customer service. Just wish they would’ve told me they broke the trim above the muffler. I didn’t think it was a big deal, very minor, but they tried to stick it with double sided tape. My truck is only 3 years old. That’s not nice.

I called in this evening to inquire about a full paint transformation for my Tacoma. Unfortunately, you guys don’t do it anymore but Kristi was able to direct me to locations that I will be able to get that done which is amazing on the customer service side of things. She also mentioned that she takes pride in what she does because she’s self-employed and I mentioned that I’m also starting my own business.

This is the 2 week “perfect fix” (which turned into nearly 6 weeks)for my car that I dropped off and was told many times it will take a MAXIMUM 2 weeks. They lied to me on every phone call on when my car was going to be ready. The completely messed up the entire inside of my car with this “patch work” because the did not fix it properly the dents have holes so everytime it rains my car is beginning to rust. Mind you I didn’t get into a car accident I was struck by a deer. I was told both doors would be brand new but it was clearly not the case! The also promised to fix for a separate claim the front end of my car which they never even attempted to fix. The sealant on my car doors is completely coming off and making an awful squealing sound every time I get above 20 mph. The I interior driver side door buttons are cracked and completely jammed so I can barley use the driver side we do controls.Also when I took the car to the shop I had a freshly fueled tank of gas. When I got the car picked up it was on completely empty they refused to tell me why this happened. Because of this I was stranded on the side of the road nine months pregnant waiting for my dad to bring me some gasoline. Now I am without a car a baby due any day and am other issue with the rental car service lying to us as well. Mind you this wouldn’t be an issue if they would of fixed the car in the promised two week time frame. The front frame of the car rattles when I start my car. The staff was rude and short and when I called and even went into the store they would not give me a recipt on what was “actually done”. They are losers and rude! They have nearly destroyed the value of my vehicle! I’ve made sure to tell anyone thinking about colorized to stay far away.Services: Painting

Some one hit my bumper at public parking lot damage was to paint and a sensor. After taking my truck to major national collision center who would not provide a estimate and said they would need the truck for between 2 weeks and 6 weeks I took the truck to Colorize Collision. Colorize gave me estimate that was about half the swag of the other place. Colorize got me in the next day and had the truck back to me in 3 days. The work was done perfectly, my new truck looks new again. Additionally, Colorize worked with my insurance company and lowered my deductable by 50%. Great service, great work. Highly recommend.

Candace and Dean are amazing they have so much expertise their shop did such a perfect and amazing job with my 2019 Ram classic repairing the front end damage OEM Ram parts were for the repairs colorize collision is the best auto body shop In all of Houston and the surrounding area’s if anyone want the best work I highly suggest colorize collision oh and it’s Also AMERICAN OWNED BUISNESS!Services: Painting

Rude front staff for estimates. Seems that if you ask a question you’re unsure of they act as if you’re ignorant and begin to give attitude towards you. Will never recommend this unprofessional business first impressions especially when asking questions of how to go about getting a free estimate is everything before doing business. Pass up this sorry establishment and go elsewhere.

I got into a wreck with an 18 Wheeler. There was a lot of body damage to my vehicle, they had to cut and reweiled the entire rear quarter panel and many other repairs were made. I dont think you would ever be able to tell thier were damages made the repairs were so awesome. I did notice they missed some things originally but they were more then willing to correct a few blimishes that may or may not of been thier at first with no argument or issues. Loved these guys.

Rip off. They charged $600 for giving an estimate on a job they were not able to complete. They said the work was too much for them to handle. Totally unethical. Price was not even disclosed when the car was dropped off.

Went in to have my back lift gate fixed because they were aware of the situation and said they could fix it. I have now dropped my only car off 3 times after waiting 3-4 weeks for the first original part to come in. When the original part came in I was told it would take 1 hour to fix be in and out no issues. Not the case at all. Every time I drop it off they told me it would be done in 1 hour. I told them every time I would give them 4-5 hours I had work and other things too do. During each time I never received a phone call with any kind of update to let me know there was issues. So I assumed it was fixed. But I was wrong. I would have to call after each time and I would tell them I’m running behind. Then they would tell me it’s not fixed and there was more issues. Then sometimes when I would call for an update I would get a different lady (Diane?) that was not Kandace who was not helpful at all. She would tell me I would have to speak with Kandace she knows nothing about my car. Moral of the story is if they would of COMMUNICATE IT WOULD OF SAVED A LOT OF PEOPLE MONEY & TIME… NOW I AM OUT OF POCKET OVER $500 BUCKS AND A BACK LIFT GATE THAT STILL DOESN’T WORK….. THEY DON’T SEEM TO CARE. Every time I tried to explain simple customer service I was give the excuse that they have spent so many hours and time on trying to make me happy. Again had the picked up the phone and called there customer they would of saved my time & my money and their time & money….. I have never been to a company that has made the customer feel so frustrated and upset like they made me feel. I normally don’t write reviews but this happened over 3 times. NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL!!!! I GAVE THEM A RATING OF TWO STARS TO BE KIND WHEN IT SHOULD OF BEEN A 1 STAR! NOT ONCE DID THEY APOLOGIZE ABD TAKE RESPONSIBILITY!

Ruined my trunk installing my spoiler. Paint is chipped on the wing, and the trunk now bubbles in the center because they drilled too far apart. Failed to ensure holes were sealed resulting in water in my trunk. Even more, the trunk is entirely out of place and unaligned to the rest of the rear body {raises up on one side due to the bubble. Never give these people your money or your car.
