I've had my business here starting in 2017. Things have slowly been from good to just terrible. We have been through 3 owners and 4 managements. They continue to charge more and more CAM fees that are not being used for its purpose and are totally arbitrary. Next to me is literally a junk yard full of trucks with diesel filling the lot. I have repeatedly reported this and nothing has happened. Just the other week, the debris from the tenant clogged the drain, so I can now expect to have to pay for fixing the drain system that I have been warning them about. On the other hand, my windows got hit from the hail storm. When I confronted them about helping repair them, they had no remorse and simply didn't wanna hear about it. They're never there when I want to turn in rent and their online portal doesn't work since switching management for the 3rd time. The trash is always full to the top and overflowing. The wind knocks it right into my space. I am seeing more and more vacant lots here and I can see why. My neighbor tenants left the other month because management promised a build out that never happened. They don't want you to be successful. I put a lot of money into my space, but I am considering leaving by the time my lease is up simply from the piss poor management and owners. I would park your business somewhere else.

I don't know how the lady that works here got hired in the first place she is very rude. She needs to learn her manners or learn how to talk to people. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Self checkout has better customer service. We made a reservation, paid, and then nobody reached out to get us our unit. After we called, the lady at the desk told us we need to call before we come up there because she may not be there during the posted hours. When we called before again before trying to go up there, she told us she was on a conference call and that she couldn’t help us. Nobody has made any effort to get us in our unit two weeks after we already paid online. Will be taking our business elsewhere.

I don't like this place. They are always changing management & always poor management. One of my bucket of belongings had a bunch of baby silver fish in it. Some stuff got wet & ruined. Even though we have our payment on auto pay they are always trying to add late charges because they failed to collect from us on time. Nobody ever around in the office or to answer & return calls.

I booked a unit online and arranged to have my things moved in. On move in day, i went by to pay and take possession of the unit. The lady in the office (Nancy..with the Nasty Attitude) absolutely Wasted My Time & Money....she was rude, unprofessional and seemed incompetent. After putting me off and tellimg me to come another day or text to see what they have available, she claimed they didn't have my reservation or any available units. She also said they may not honor the online reservation.... When i explained to her that I booked the storage online and arranged movers & things around that....She eventually told me to go someplace else. (That was Great advice👠......never shop or spend your hard earned money at place(s) that don't respect your time or money. Thanks Nasty Nancy, "Awesome Adam" at one of the competitor locations non hesitantly got us all moved in. ;-)

It is very difficult to get in touch with anyone in the office. Even during posted hours the office is often locked. Now it seems that they have changed hands and there is no way to even pay online at this point. On calling the office an automated voice said "There is no one to take your call. Goodbye" and just hung up!

I have been a tenant here for years on both the business and self storage side. I cant speak highly enough about my experience here. Truly a great clean business/storage center that have fair prices! The property manager Tricia is amazing, very helpful and willing to work with the tenants to provide the best customer service. You wont be disappointed...
