We purchased a Jeep Gladiator on Saturday! Our sales woman Martina was awesome ! So knowledgeable and a go getter. We contacted her before going to the dealership and let her know what we were looking to purchase. She had the Jeep waiting at the front of the lot when we arrived. We test drove the Jeep! She took us to look at others on the lot. She helped us find the perfect one for us. I totally recommend this lot . And 100% recommend Martina ! Thanks for the great experience. I got a vehicle not expecting to get a vehicle today but everybody from top to bottom made the process a breeze. I’ve purchased multiple vehicles before (different dealers) and this has been the quickest and easiest transaction. Nicholas Richardson (nick) will definitely put you in what you’re looking for. Hell listen and give you options based on your needs and wants without trying to be pushy. Amazing experience first dealer is ever recommend.

They'll (we worked with Wade) sell you a car with all of these promises then will not follow through whatsoever. Then you'll get completely ignored when you try to call and discuss the issues. They'll promise you'll get a call you back, and you'll get nothing. Save yourself the time and frustration and go somewhere else.

I am happy with this place, because I have been bringing my Fiat 500 for service and maintenance for at least 2 years and today it was not a service, on the contrary it was a vehicle exchange and the person who guided me through the process, Mrs. Martina, I greatly appreciate her kindness since thanks to everything we talked about we found the ideal truck for my needs, so I am very happy with Jeep, Fiat, Chrysler, Dodge.

Do not buy a car from these people they will tell you your approve and then have you bring the car back in and never contact you. I have been trying to speak with finance for 2 weeks after they told me my deal was finalized only to find out it wasn’t and they are still running my credit and refusing to provide a vehicle or answer my calls

I was seriously considering buying a new Tradesman instead of a used Big Horn. Their website stated discounts for a special ordered Tradesman that someone changed there mind was $14089, when the salesman crunched the numbers, he said the discount was $8000 although I was looking at their online websites at the same time... After adding all the taxes, etc., the total was over $72000!!! Really, $17000 plus over the $55,356 asking price after discounts? I was ready to buy, but seems like a lot of dishonesty was going on... At least $6088.00 according to their own website... And, what was the other $110000 for? I know, taxes, doc fees, registration and title, which comes to around $4000... So, what was the other $7000 for? I immediately walked out with my son and wife... Seems like something shady was going on... And, at first, I really like the salesman... We went back a second time because of him... Anyway, the quest for a new/used truck continues... But, you might want to avoid this dealership....No need for dishonesty... So sad...

Online price is not what you will pay. They try to add on multiple fees to drive the price up then don't want to work with you. Do not waste your time here.

Horrible experience. Sales manager Monica texted me that she had a vehicle on the lot, invited me to a test drive. When I arrived, they didn't have the truck. Bold face lie and for no discernable reason. Can not imagine why she thought this would be a good result. Shady as hell, would not recommend. (Screenshot of text thread attached)

Richard confirmed exact Jeep was on the lot and we scheduled a test drive for the next day. I arrived with my family from 45 minutes away...and NO car, it's ABOUT a month out! Bait and switch. Their discounts are not real either, they add a surprise $5,000 Big Star Platinum Package, that you can't opt out of. Full of lies and waste of time.
