The front door is a joke, I have only been able to gain access once with my debit card. Waiting in a long line because the door doesn’t open is a waste of our time. Closing branches close to me and now this is making me rethink banking with chase

Why is this branch brand new, the only one in the area, and has the worst drive-up ATM placement I've ever seen? And about 1/3 of the time my trips here are pointless because one or both of the ATMs (one inside, one drive-up) are not working. I don't understand how this branch was JUST opened and is so inconvenient. Most people are going to the bank for the ATM, it shouldn't be such a pain to use.Update: I've come here 4 times in the past month and 2/4 times the ATM has been out of service - both the drive up and inside ones. It's ridiculous and frustrating.

Tried several times to contact someone over the phone and no one answered the call. Its a new bank that recently opened so might still be working out the kinks. But Im still not being helped with my issue

Where's the drive thru. When I get cash...I get cash. Not liking others hearing my transaction then walking out with cash in handEasy MARK for JUGGING!!Thanks JP Morgan!!!

First impression is important went there two times try to open new account but employees are not nice service sucks hope big guys fix that problem

I was impressed with the customer service at this location. Staff is very friendly and seem to love what they do. All around pleasant experience.

Went in to open 2 new accounts. The receptionist intentionally ignored certain people and greeted others.

They closed all the chases around town for this one?? The one with no drive thru and only TWO teller stations inside? Wild.

No drive-through assistance, the front desk is tucked around the corner so you don't know where to go upon entering, and the card reader at the desk has the tap symbol yet doesn't tap.

Seriously?! Closed all locations close by with drive through for this? Nothing like having to do and discuss cash transactions infront of all the other patrons. I can't imagine what trouble this could bring. Dumb. Another reason to leave Chase.
