Been using Schwab for 20 years. Would never dream of going to another brokerage. They just work. If I need to talk to someone on the phone, I can speak with someone usually in less than five minutes and English is their first language. This company gives me hope in corporations

Vanessa was working at the Gessner location temporarily, and we were very lucky she was. She was extremely patient and helpful with my elderly father, and despite technology challenges, was able to guide us through our problem with ease.

Charles Schwab online trading is the worst! They should have adopted TD Ameritrade platform when they bought them out. TD Ameritrade platform is light years ahead of Charles Schwab's. I have been frustrated with Schwab's trading tools every day since they took over my TD Ameritrade accounts. Hope they learned from these complaints. Not one of TD former clients is happy!!!

I would Gove negative stars if it was an option. This company took my account from tdameritrade and will not give me access to it. I had to go in person am hour away to prove who I am. Sorry company.

Have received great service from Vanessa and Erik from this location. In particular they helped us with some special requests with a quick turnaround.The online service and trading is also very good. The Schwab Bank Debit card is great for foreign travel and avoiding extra transaction fees.

Reached out to me after I opened an online account and was incredibly helpful in our in-person meeting. Front desk also very friendly and helpful. Schwab also has the lowest fees for just about everything and even paid to transfer me from Edward Jones

Branch was supposed to be 'Open by appointment only.' Called the branch number on the sign on the door (and on Google) to make an appointment. This leads you to the Schwab call center.Called twice to try and make an appointment. Was supposed to get a callback from the branch to schedule. Never received a callback. Using the instructions listed on the sign outside (and on Google), it is impossible to make an appointment.So the branch is essentially 'Closed' not 'Open by appointment only.' I'd be fine with this... but don't lie to your customers and say you're open by appointment, when you're not.Makes me wonder how much Schwab is paying to keep this closed branch (and employees on payroll who aren't working in a retail store).There's more Schwab branches and I'll go to one another one, that is open and doesn't believe in wasting people's time.And Schwab, don't reply to offer to contact me - you have my contact information, although I wouldn't bother since I'm taking my business to another branch.

Worst customer service this decade. Total runaround, lied to, non-responsive, been told for 3 weeks running that someone would call me within 48 hours. Received numerous email surveys asking me how my experience has been. Been disconnected, apologized to and told outright lies. My deposit of $20000 and subsequent stock purchase are in question and in doubt. Aren’t these people regulated? I have talked to people in San Francisco, Phoenix, El Paso, and Denver and only got a runaround. Been out right lied to . Arbitration next, Litigation after. Fidelity has theses clowns totally outclassed. Can’t close this account fast enough.

I was in this Charles Schwab office today visiting with Associate Financial Consultant, Kenzie Conway. This is the first time that I have really bought stock or opened an IRA (Late starter). Kenzie walked me through everything in such simplistic terms I was understanding her every step of the way. I REALLY appreciate this office and Kenzie's expertise. She did such a fantastic job asking me questions and then helping me through the answers. She even wrote down notes for me so that I could become independent as I launch into investing. I left there feeling inspired and confident that I could continue to invest and that Schwab associates would walk me through this journey. I am so grateful for the company and especially Kenzie, as she was so very helpful. It is apparent that she cares for what is best for the client. Clearly this is a great company and a great team. I highly recommend them!

Went in looking for a bilingual speaker because I was informed over the phone through customer care would be one but to my surprise the person who was there informed she only knew a little. She asked for my name and even tried picking me at it because part of it sounds like an English word. I was treated very poorly. She first told me she only knew a little Spanish but by the end of our conversations she was responding more and more in Spanish.
