We shopped for several months for a quality outdoor couch and swivel chair. Looking at the big box home supply stores, all they had seemed rather low quality. We finally settled on a chair/couch set from Rooms-to-Go or Chair King. Though the sets at both stores were very similar, we really liked the set (and color) at Chair King better but it was more expensive so I was willing to settle for the set at Rooms-to-Go based on cost. After talking to the fine folks at Chair King, they were able to price match and we purchased the set from Chair King. We did feel that Wes and his manager (forgot her name) were very friendly and personable. Unfortunately, what we selected was not in stock and we had to wait 3 weeks but the set was delivered on the date originally stated. The delivery guys were nice and they unwrapped the cushions and place the chair/couch set where we wanted on our patio.

Mrs Shay was awesome, purchased a beautiful patio set a couple years back and the warranty had to be used. Warranty process was smooth, will definitely be referring to this location.

They patiently wait while we bounce from set to set trying each cushion and arrangement for the perfect outdoor party scene.My go to place for each decennial purchase of out door furniture. Chair King has what you need. And everyone who works there seems to be enjoying their customer’s company.

The customer service and quality of furniture cannot be beat at Chair King. My husband and I just replaced a patio dining set originally purchased from CK 16 years ago… it was STILL in great shape we just wanted a different look. Of course we went back to CK for our new set!!
