They don't have nice clothes, for some reason they're apparel for women is not the best...I've wanted something for a western wedding ,nothing like that was there. So disappointed and on top of that the prices were outrageous..... I love their boots but as far as women apparel I had to say it's a 3. Star for me

Poor customer service here. I have bought boots here before and I try to come in five minutes before they open and before I can get the door open the cashier told me we don’t open until nine. I was willing to wait until nine to pay. I just wanted to go and grab my boots because I have to go to work but it’s ok I’ll take my business somewhere else.

Ignored & passed over in line. All for them to check my $1 bill that I paid with for an exchange when they finally did help.Apparently they do better when assisting men. Check out the other reviews and complaints they are also all from women.

The manger with the undercut is very rude and yelling at her employees for nothing and just upright disrespectful. No one helped us, they just let us walk around all lost and we’re also too busy gossiping.

Horrible Service. Avoid this location. Went in to buy boots they had the boots I wanted just not my size. The put in an order from another store for them to be shipped to the Webster store and they said it would take a few days. It has been a month now and I have called a dozen times and get the run around every time. My last attempt was to visit to store once again and the assistant manager told me should we go figure out what was going on. 10 minutes pass by and I see her at the front desk checking people out. Take it from me these people do not care about the customer it is just a job for them. Horrible service. Avoid this place… Trust me!!!

I used to love coming to this Cavender’s but recently the customer service at this location has been so bad! They have a bunch of young girls working there who are super rude and not very helpful. The older staff is nice but unfortunately I won’t be coming back here. It’s not worth the time.

The assistant manager here is rude and disrespectful. Iveth is her name. Their employee made a mistake in the amount of $216 and refuse to do anything to make it right.......will NEVER use this location again!!

Manager (Katie) was very rude to not only customers but her own staff. They were very helpful and the only reason I would ever return. Patty was great!

They really need to work on the customer service. They do great you when you walk in but that’s about it. They have no line forms here or anything. The cashier also had an attitude when I asked for them to clean up the boots trust me they were not cheap. It should be mandatory to buff the boots spending that kind of money. I love my boots but they need to work on their customer service.
