“Great choice for auto repair! Bumper, grill, and hood were all damaged during an accident, and Joe Hudson's made it look brand new. It took a little longer than initially quoted, but Joe Hudson's rejected an imperfect (new) hood, so that delayed delivery. Although not customary, an employee dropped me off and picked me up. Additionally, they detailed the car inside and out before I took delivery! I couldn't ask for better service.”
“I was hesitant to get my windshield repaired here due to all the bad reviews; however, I was pleasantly surprised by this Safelite center. The personable and polite woman at the counter was fantastic and well versed in all of the options offered and explained them if there was any confusion. The windshield technician was very polite and extremely proficient at fixing the chips in our windshield. One chip was very deep but it looks much smaller now and the two little ones you can't even see anymore. I filed the claim with my insurance online the day before and scheduled an appointment at their shop for less than 24 hours later. I didn't even have to call my insurance, Safelite had it handled and we were out the door in less than an hour. Thank you for good customer service!”
