I really value Google reviews, that's why I was thrilled to read about the valued customer service at Brake Check in Webster. I was especially thankful to see the name of a recommended technician, Vinny.
After setting an appointment and visiting the shop this morning, I must agree: Brake Check provided impeccable service, and Vinny is just a godsend! I simply could not have asked for a better experience!
I am so grateful to have found this place, as it is so challenging to find someone competent, courteous, and not trying to take advantage with exorbitant prices!
As long as Vinny and his team are there, I look forward to Brake Check servicing all of my future automotive needs!

This location is thus far the BEST I have ever been to. They are very efficient and knowledgeable with their service and are willing to work with you on your needs. They provide GREAT service in a timely matter when you schedule an appt with them. Shoutout to Vinny for being amazing and for helping me out with explaining everything in detail for getting my brakes replaced, I will definitely come back to this location for future needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location!

Great transparent experience! Service rep. Pulled all 4 wheels and showed me the brake pads and compared the pads with new pads to show me how much mine were worn. He then showed me the rotors and said they could be resurfaced. I questioned him about resurfacing vs. replacement as I had been informed by other shops that the rotors could not be turned and would have to be replaced.
I knew what he was telling me was true as this was not my first rodeo! It is good to know you can trust Brake Check to do the job properly and not rip you off!
Highly recommend them.

After Bracke Check replace my two infront of dishes brake, the brake still sink down when I apply the Brack. It is not improved atall .
