Very, very happy with the service I received at BMW Clear Lake. Chip, my serice advisor was awesome and went out of his way to make sure my vehicle was serviced before the holiday weekend (Thanksgiving). I got a video from the tech showing what they did and the recommendations to complete. Was awesome to actually SEE the issue and not be told about it and hope it was true as with other shops. I ended up getting a rotate and balance that my warranty did not cover and it came in under the price that was quoted. When does that ever happen? Once again, my experience at this dealership is above and beyond. From the Sales team all the way to after the sale service (which is very important to me) has been stellar. Thank you, Chip for taking care of my family and our vehicle.

Experience with service tech Gerardo was terrible. Dropped the car off at 7am place empty, 1pm comes around Never sends updates, having to be chasing the service department for an update. Guy gets mad because I question why no update he says what? You don't eat lunch? the adamantly tell me to sit down like I'm some kid. Shocked this is happening at a BMW dealership. Unacceptable.

Fidel the service director is awesome. My service consultant Heather is always smiling and welcoming. I have had multiple vehicles. Different brands and I always take them to that brands dealership service center. This dealership service center by far is the best. I love the fact that they sent you pictures of what you need in the car. I would recommend everyone that has a BMW to come to this service center

I have only had my 2022 BMW M8 since March '22, and since I almost never drive it, this literally was my first service on the car, and my first experience with BMW service ever. I needed to top off the nitrogen in my tires, so I pulled in and had a porter do so, and also connect me with a service professional since I knew I was a few miles overdue for the first service. I was connected with Heather, and so glad I was! She was super friendly, and got me scheduled for the following week. When I dropped my car off, she was ready for me, and said it would be about 3 hours. I gave them as much time as needed since I have another car I can drive, and advised the time I would be there to pick it up. Not only was my car ready before she indicated, which was great, but when I arrived at the time stated, both she and my car were ready. I was in and out, easy breezy. Heather is a real gem, and while I hope I don't need to see her other than for routine service, I am glad I have her to call upon if I do need something. When the survey from BMW comes out, I will gladly complete it. She will have earned a 10/10 from me, and honestly, she's a 100/10. :)

Service experience was 10/10! Gerardo G. Really went above and beyond, great customer service! Oil change, air filters, and other services where covered by service plan, but he did advice me of other things I would have never noticed. Knowledgeable & not pushy at all! Will definitely be back for any other service needs! Oh free coffee, & free ride from and to work in a super clean Alto SUV.

I have a 2004 E46 M3 that I don't drive much but try to keep in perfect running form. I had an issue that I couldn't diagnose so I decided to visit BMW of Clear Lake at their new location. First of all, they have upgraded their service look and feel. It is the best service department I've seen. I've dealt with Chip Chappee serveral times before and asked for him by name. Chip always does an excellent job diagnosing and explaining the required repairs. Chip is also great at keeping the cost fair and reasonable. My M3 was done quickly and correctly. My car was returned cleaned and repaired perfectly. I am very happy with the whole BMW of Clear Lake experience thanks to Chip.

Not only did my car show up needing brake fluid (clearly indicating that it was not inspected and certainly not flushed as they claim), but now my car indicated that the oil level is at the minimum level. I've only driven the car for 2,000 miles so if the oil had been checked or changed by BMW Clear Lake, then it shouldn't be at the minimum level after only 2,000 miles. I'm now taking my car to get serviced and inspected because I have no faith in what maintenance was performed, if any, by BMW Clear Lake. It's my fault for trusting their team and not seeing the car in person myself. Again, if you are out of town and looking at a car at BMW Clear Lake, I highly suggest you look at other dealerships. Very disappointing experience.

Reply to BMW of Clear Lake manager: That is incorrect, the warranty company was not called by your location. I contacted them myself and they told me to have y'all call them but the guy I spoke to said no that y'all would not do that because sometimes it's takes a long time to get through and they were short staffed and from what I saw, there were people sitting not doing anything or on their phones etc... The warranty guy I spoke to gave me all the information y'all needed and I was still told that no one was going to call them. So you can say what you want but I know what I was told and the guy was not nice about it. Whether it's a warranty or not by BMW. No effort was made at all to get them on the phone and there was no wait time, because I got them on the phone within a minute. I had the policy number and phone number. I also called Austin BMW and they immediately helped me and said that there should be no issues and did not understand why we were having a problem with it. They also gave me the policy number and phone number to give y'all. The guy there originally said that y'all didn't take our warranty and then it was a different story. So say what you want but this was unexceptable and very unprofessional!

Service Advisor David Tyson has consistently provided beyond excellent service. I receive updates and text messages about the services being completed on my vehicle so I'm not calling or wondering what's going on. I'm offered service specials that are in effect as well as recommended services that ensure my ride is safe without the pressure felt in other places. My car is clean when I pick it up and when I leave the dealership feel a sense of satisfaction out of the care I received. That's not easy to find anymore.
