Cannot recommend this place enough - very honest business. I dropped my car off to have the A/C looked at. They called me and told me that they hadn’t found a leak in my A/C, but refilled the refrigerant and added dye so that if I continued to have issues they could better identify a leak. When I picked up my car, I found a huge dent in the side and no note. Benson’s was able to pull their security footage to identify the other customer who had hit me and contacted them to facilitate the exchange of insurance info. I’ve told all my friends and family to come here due to their above and beyond customer service.

These guys are the real deal. It's very rare to find good honest work in this industry, highly recommend. If you're in southeast Houston, don't go anywhere else. I'll be coming back here for life. 10/10

Benson's was recommended by a friend, and since then I've never taken my car problems anywhere else.
They've always been thorough and honest, even surprising me at times at how little they charged for something that turned out to be a small issue.
I have an older car, so at times they've had to search used parts for me.
I also recently went through them having to troubleshoot a problem that didn't initially occur for them. They stuck with getting it to occur and fixing things to address it until the 3rd thing did the trick, even driving an hour to pick up a part rather than wait for it to be shipped. Then they didn't charge me for one of the replacement parts that didn't fix the issue.
Shout out to at least Tyson, Aaron, and Isaac, who have all been very helpful.

These guys are amazing!!
My car is slightly modded and so many shops didn't have the "tools" or experience... As soon as I pulled up to Bensons and I saw a bunch of old school cars,I knew this was a good choice. One of the guys told me that my car was going to be easy... Even though they were booked for 2 weeks, it was worth the wait... They actually asked me what my goals were with the alignment... Car is now within spec and drives wonderfully!! Definitely the best alignment in town and the price is the absolute best!!

"When you find an honest mechanic, tell your friends." That was my father's advice to me many years ago. If you're reading this, we may not be friends, but you still need to know. These guys run one of the best shops in Houston. I'd say THE best but I haven't used them all. Their pricing is fair, they honor their word and their warranties and continually go above and beyond. I trust them with my cars and my kids cars. They stay busy because they are good and honest. If you are worried about where to take your car, look no further, Ty and the crew at Benson's can be trusted.

Benson's is fantastic! My friend's Honda Civic stopped running on a Saturday and I had it towed to them forgetting they were appointment only. I called Monday morning and they were able to get to my car after their appointments that day. They were finished with the car by 4pm Monday. Total repairs for some serpentine belt work were about $500 for something another mechanic would've charged me $750+ for. They're honest, knowledgeable, and fast.

Benson's has been around for a long time. While most know them for the alignments, they truly are the best at diagnostics and repair also. They haven't been around this long for not being good at what they do! Thanks guys for taking great care of my old truck. She's running like a champ!
