It seems everyday someone here is smoking weed . (Weed smell has gone away mostly )If that's not worse off they "schedule" work however never come through.{mgrs* try to keep maintenance orders up)I have some fool keeps pounding on my door . Do I call police , won't do any good (police response excellent, office will make it harder on me resident , who is doing the best to stay out of the way of others . New lights going up and gates seem to be still working . I enjoy the mangers , they have a lot of work to due, kids going back to school means peace during the day. Since I've been here Rosa has had the total property washed and repainted twice, so maintain that and no one else would do that often ,thanks. *So the weed smell has seemed to go away. The guy who used to bang on my door has since moved on. Another staff (mgr) has left the property.*

I've been here since June. From noisy neighbors screaming at the top of their lungs at their baby daddies to maintenance never fixing orders placed..I'm not impressed. I have placed several work orders and they have not been completed since Aug. And the most recent issue was water flowing in from my next door neighbor who was out of town for a week so water was steadily seeping in from the wall near the baseboards in my dining area. This started on Thanksgiving. Maintenance didn't show up until 12/7. Then all he did was just look at the baseboards but didn't come back to fix them. The water made the baseboards separate from the wall. The next morning I get an email saying the order was completed and that the baseboards were caulked. Which is an absolute lie! I definitely won't be renewing my lease here. I rather pay a little more for a better living experience. In addition, I spoke to Rosa over the phone regarding this and still no visit from the maintenance guy. Then today I requested to speak to her about it and was told by one of the girls in the office that I would be called back. Well I never got that call. Guess I'll need to make a complaint with the owner if I don't hear back this week.

The manager at Baypointe apartments ran my background check, which came back clear, she then took it upon herself to step away from the company that they use to run background checks, and run a personal background check from her computer. It showed nondescript information someone use my name, first name, and last name, wrong middle name, not my date of birth or ssn, she asked me to provide proof it was not me. Since I cleared that through the department of justice, I just went in and deaded her and Baypoint. They’re not that important. Do not move here. The official from San Diego county that I spoke with stated to me that the management was creepy for running their own background check and using information that was not me. Why are they collecting fees for running information on you but they’re doing it from their personal computer that’s what I would like to know.

Management gave nothing but the run around. The manager ran my background, when it shows me as clear, she ran a personal check, without my specific info (dob, ssn) and found a similar name to mine, then asked me to provide info that it's not me. Upon producing evidence that my identity was stolen where she found the charges, she said my proof is not acceptable. Don't waste time with this complex, they will call you a liar to your face

Very nice apartments. Had lived here for 8 years. Love how they have garages, loved going to the pool. The office people were okay. I really liked how the office would do nice family gatherings and events for the kids like for Halloween, Christmas. The maintenance would be on time. Only thing I disliked was the water pressure. It would get really cold. Sometimes we'd be without power or water due to people working on the water pipes. The floor tiles in the dinning room would crack and often had to be replaced. My room was above the garage and I'd get really hot or cold depending on the weather and our A/C would often go out during the summer.

I've lived here since 2012 and seen a lot of changes especially with the management. The current team of Rosa, Jessica, and Connie are great. Rosa is a very fair manager and the best one that Baypointe has had since I've lived here. The property is well kept, and repair request are handled in a timely fashion. With all places, there are good and not so good neighbors, as for the children, well that's on their parents and not the apartments. My apartment is very roomy and the best feature is my attached garage. Keep up the great job ladies!

Bad experience from what i have witnessed in just 5 mins. My mother was a resident and was paying her rent on a timely matter. My mother then had heart surgery and was trying to call them at the office since she was physically unable to walk into the office. They would never answer the phone. My mother even left voice mail messages. Her sister was planning on staying there with her to help her out since my mom is unable to work and do for herself. They refused to give my aunt a parking sticker so she can park her vehicle here. Visitor parking was always full. The short Hispanic lady with long curly hair was very rude to me while I was there. Very unprofessional, Very dismissive and wanted to argue me, because all I told her was that my mother was trying to call them and that they need to work on communicating with their residents. First of all I don’t even live there. I was dropping off the keys to the apartment. Any ways my mom has a Legit reason to why she couldn’t pay her rent I was trying to give the woman in the office the paperwork, which she refused to look at, showing proof of my mom staying at the hospital and to see if there was a way for her to move out without a penalty because it wasn’t her fault she couldn’t work. These people are heartless and bullies. If they try to put eviction on my mom credit I will dispute everything! They think everyone that rent there are d*** like them. Ps I live in my own house where my mom is staying at, they really think they hurting people.

The office staff Jessica and Rosa is ALWAYS courteous and attentive to my needs. The maintenance is getting a lil better but sometimes it takes them awhile to come take care of things

Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had in a leasing office in my last name 10 years of renting!! Ms Roman was a complete b****, lacked any friendliness, seemed rushed, and was super short with all her answers after I asked questions. Zerooooo kindness extended - I ended up just walking out bc I was so irritated by her attitude and now I have zero interest in living here. Corporate needs to fire this woman! She acted as if they do not want you there and are in a huge hurry.Edit to say I don’t know if if was Ms Roman but the woman we spoke to gave us the email croman & another leasing agent came to her for keys so I presume whoever I spoke to was some type of manager
