I was in the area and went to Bay Area postal to mail a canvas painting. They were very friendly and had everything that I needed to ship my canvas. The prices were great and I would go back again in a heartbeat.

I came to Bay Area postal today to return some items I’ve been putting off , they made this so easy for me ! I will be returning in the future , the store is clean and has lots of cute goodies . Also I was helped immediately - no wait time . Customer service 10/10

My family business has been using Bay Area Postal for close to 30 years. The newest owners have been the best since Peter sold the store. As a small business owner it's important that I have a place where I can easily ship and receive packages on a daily basis. I am so happy they went back to 24 hour mailbox access. This is great because sometimes my late work schedule doesn't allow me to make it in before they close. I also love their newest system update, so I get an email anytime I have a package delivered. The mailbox prices are still good for all the services they provide.
I am so happy that they had previous staff return, because it made the transition so much easier. It always great to see familiar faces such as Mrs. TJ and Mrs. Lillian. On another note, I have had the pleasure of meeting the owners whole family and they are absolutely amazing. I have vetted other postal services in the Friendswood area, such as A+ Pack & Ship, and they don't even come close to level of service that I get at Bay Area Postal. If you are looking for a local postal service, I highly recommend them. I will be a forever customer!
