Just went for an order pick up today. When I approached an employee she pointed out how my order was placed for the baybrook mall location. She stated how if all my items I ordered where at this location I would be able to pick them up there. I stated that this was fine and she before I knew it went to call the baybrook mall location to cancel my order there. She didn’t truly explain how this worked but I figured if all my items were at this baybrook square location it was fine. When all my items were found I was just about to leave with my items when she said that I need to pay for them. This caught me off guard because I already HAD AN ORDER!!!!! She never took the time to truly explain how this would work if anything I would have gone to the other bath and body works location. She had no business canceling PEOPLES ORDERS WHATSOEVER. This is such an inconvenience for me because I needed these items for tomorrow. She could have easily stated that I needed to pick up my order at the corresponding location. Such an inconvenience for me clearly this location needs some work to do with it’s employees complete ignorants and terrible communication skills.

Make sure you have coupons ready bcuz pricing may vary. Great places for a last minute gift.... Keeps you from having to find mall parking and fighting a crowd....

I like this BBW as it is a stand alone store and not in the mall. Staff are always very helpful.

I received 3 coupons in the mail and decided to use 1 on an order for wall flower plug ins. Just the fragrance as I have plenty of plug ins. They were on sale for $3.95 each. I was purchasing 10. When applying the coupon it would not accept the code. I was using the correct code as i googled to be sure since there were several other rows of digits. I tried several times to get it to accept the coupon but no luck. I tried calling but never got a human on the phone. I waited a day and tried again only to have the same issue. I did go ahead and place my order however, the price had gone up to $5.95 each. Not a happy camper. Ordering online is convenient if it works correctly.

I absolutely Love this location! It's my go to store. The manager is so kind and the ladies that work there are always so helpful. Out of 3 stores near me, this location is my favorite.

Spent very little but came out with more bags than I could have imagined. Didn’t even know they were having a sale. Cashiers were very kind and treated me with respect, unlike most stores could care less if you are in there. Love shopping in stores like this! Thank you Bath and Body
