Have had an account for little under a year but I used it in Arkansas never once had a problem from them and always got my problem taken care of asap. Hopefully employees are professional in Texas.

Fire Carmen. Do yourself the favor because she never cared and just wants a check. But also, close. As in shut down. Bancorp was so much better. I’ll be closing my account.

Kacy Stinson she is very unprofessional 2 hours of waiting just to cash my check can’t believe it
STAY AWAY!!! These people are crooks terrible bank don’t ever use them.
