“The roof of my truck had surface rust setting in pretty good on the roof. Gilbert took his time explaining exactly how he could fix it, pricing etc. Issues came up during the repair process and not a dollar more was charged past the initial quote. I am highly satisfied with the work performed and the honesty provided. Great people, performing great work, for a great price.”
“Ther is a woman a( i believe her name is Audra??)who works the night shift who helped me when I went in the store looking for glue or some kind of adhesive(?) to fix the guard under my car as it was dragging .(massive road hump that's all I'll say... ?)my husband had to be at work(his new job) the following morning. Audra made a call and within 30 minutes her friend was there and he fixed my car. I will forever be grateful To Audra and Martin. It's not often I come across people who will go above and beyond to help a stranger unless beneficial in some way and I will forever be grateful for both of them. Whoever owns this store on bay area, should know they are fortunate to have an employee who genuinely cares about her customers. “These guys did a great job helping me with an old suburban.
I would pull a trailer and the back end would sag and often bottom out pulling in and out of gas stations.
They installed Airbags on the rear shocks and now we have no sagging, in fact you i cant even feel the trailer back there.
Benchmark Customs was a perfect 10 for me across the board.

“Joe Hudson really took care of me! Big Red (my car) was hit pretty bad, but by the time they made all the fixtures.....you would have never known damage took place. “Very, very happy with the service I received at BMW Clear Lake. Chip, my serice advisor was awesome and went out of his way to make sure my vehicle was serviced before the holiday weekend (Thanksgiving). I got a video from the tech showing what they did and the recommendations to complete. Was awesome to actually SEE the issue and not be told about it and hope it was true as with other shops. I ended up getting a rotate and balance that my warranty did not cover and it came in under the price that was quoted. When does that ever happen? Once again, my experience at this dealership is above and beyond. From the Sales team all the way to after the sale service (which is very important to me) has been stellar. Friendly, knowledgeable, service oriented, fast and thorough, Frank's always exceeds expectations. A recent job that I fully expected to take 4-5 days was completed in two.
