They just had Back to school party giving out Backpacks and Pizza. Great place to live and close to many stores!”

“I just moved in has been a smooth move in process so far. I love the flex option to pay my rent.very Minor bug problem but hopefully just pest control will keep it down I know the apartments are older. The office staff has been very helpful and kind. I actually feel more at home here than any other place I have lived and I’ve been in the area for a long time. So far I honestly can’t complain.”

“I have lived here for a little over a year now and it’s pretty great my apartment is great at a fair price and the management I mean it when I say they are the best! every time I need to go into the office I am greeted with a great smile and a warm welcome and someone asking what they can help with making going to the office for anything a comfortable and easy experience :) The maintenance crew is also great!
There is one big issue though parking is a pain it wouldn’t be a big issue if there weren’t so many cars being broken into that's just how it is around here I guess so I try and park in a spot where I can see my car from my apartment but the lot is filled with so many cars of nonresidents its impossible to get a spot from my understanding nonresidents are supposed to be parking alongside the gate but seeing as is there is no consequence for not doing so they just park wherever I would most definitely get a reserved spot but 50 dollars a month is outrageous for a parking spot
Otherwise, this is genuinely a great spot to reside and I would and have recommended it to friends and family”
“I’ve lived in the apartments for almost 3 years now. Yes the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbor at times but it’s apartments lol that’s to be expected, Yes there has been different office personnel in and out all of which have all been great, but Rosa the office manager has been the same since day one! I appreciate her from every aspect! The professionalism that Rosa has with the other office staff and the times I’ve seen her interact with other tenants have been AMAZING!! Thank you for keeping a clean community and staying strict on property rules to keep it safe around here. Ashley has been a great addition but of course she was trained by Rosa? thank you ladies so much for all you do!”

The application process and all the necessary paperwork went very smoothly. Personally, I would love to thank Ms. Raquel Torres (leasing manager) for being there for me every step of the way. She is very professional and detail oriented. I am very grateful to her for helping me find my new home. My move-in maintenance requests were addressed the next business day, and I was very satisfied. Every morning, I like to see the maintenance crew walk around and pick up occasional trash. The property is clean and quiet, and you can see some fun seasonal decorations on the balconies. I highly recommend this apartment community.”
“We love San Palmilla. We've been here for 4 yrs now, it's our 2nd unit. We've been so happy with the amenities. The best part of living here is the Staff, office and maintenance. They are very helpful, responsive, and professional. One thing I've appreciated is that they're built well and it's rare to hear our neighbors. I've recommended this complex to so many bc I believe it's a great place. We initially thought living by the freeway would be an issue but in fact it's been great, HEB, Starbucks, and Doctors' office are within walking distance.
