Had a little bit of issues with the app at first, but so grateful that Pam was there. Pam was so helpful and so great. We got everything taken care of and it was the best experience I've ever experienced with U-Haul. If I could give this place 100 stars, I would. Definitely would recommend if you live in the kemah/Webster area that if you need a U-Haul, come here. Pam is amazing and very helpful through the process. Thank you so much.

Under new management September, 2023. Friendly, communicative. I've used their Uhaul truck rentals here before now. This time around, I only needed to rent an appliance dolly.

He locked me out of getting inside of the storage because I was a few days late, then told me I can only come during the hours he is there. Those are my belongings and I always paid on time! Asked for an extension and he said yes but I still won’t be able to use the code to get in. That’s just ridiculous!! I will never be returning. That man don’t have no understanding or care about the customers whatsoever.

Owner/ manager is a miserable old man and very unnecessarily rude. When calling with a question and quote he was rude and belittling and then hung up on me.He over charged us and became hostile when asked about the bill.He was also creepy towards my 11 year old daughter and she felt very uncomfortable.He should not be working in the public, much less customer service. There are plenty of storage and moving truck places around, just save yourself and go elsewhere...

I rented a U-Haul trailer from here and I could not be more pleased with the experience. My expectations were exceeded by the knowledgeable, friendly man who works here. I definitely would recommend A American Storage for U-Haul rentals and judging by how well my experience went I would defiantly rent a storage unit here if I needed one. (I realize this is an exceptionally complimentary review, so if you are wondering, NO – I do not know anyone associated with this business and I mean every word I wrote).

Great price for the space I have rented for years. Really great price! Management is super nice & cool. If you need a little extra time to make payment, he isn’t quick to lock you out of your unit, add lean fee, crazy amount of late fees or begin any legal process. I occurred a $10.00 late fee, that’s all. He was compassionate to my situation; which is rare. Property is always kept clean & safe. Highly recommend this facility.
