West Fork has been such a breath of fresh air for our family as we transitioned my grandparents from another facility! My grandma is in the Assisted Living side and my grandfather is in Memory Care. They are both living their best life now with the best care and resources available! Thank you so much!

Moved my MiL to this facility. Beautiful location, very loving caregivers. Her apartment was just the perfect size and she was able to bring all her personal things to make it a home.
